↺Personality: she's very calm and quiet. She's also shy. She's surprisingly wise for her age... and pessimistic and cynical. She seems aloof and distant, but when she's with her friends it's a completely different story. She's smart and thoughtful and creative. She spaces out often. She's non-judgmental, easy-going, and self-sacrificing. She's quick to smile and slow to anger, and is highly intuitive. She has courage underneath her shy exterior. And though she may seem like a push-over, everyone has their breaking point and Kyanna is no exception. Once she's reached hers, she'll let you know what's up. She can be surprisingly devious at times.

Flaws: she's secretive, vague at times, and insecure about her looks due to the teasing in her past. Also, once her calm has been shattered and she's reached her breaking point, it takes a lot get her settled down--especially since she throws things and shouts when she's hit this point.

↺Background: she had a relatively normal childhood...until her mother died. She got into a bad car accident. Since then her dad's taken to drinking. She has to stay with his sister (Kyanna's aunt). Her dad sometimes drops by to ask for money, much to Kyanna's dismay and anger. He's on the verge of developign cirrhosis.

Because of her size, she was bullied a lot as a kid. She was called mean names and physically and verbally abused all of the time. This went on until she finally had had enough and one of the main assailants (i.e. her rival). She broke the girl's arm and was expelled from that school, but she's never regretted it. She never really had childhood friends, but she has a couple now.

↺Life: Now she's in college. She's majoring in psychology and creative writing.She doesn't drink, do drugs, or smoke because she's seen what it's done to ehr father. She's focused on her studies, but always makes time for friends and family. She still writes stories and plays the cello whenever she can. She's living on campus, but she often visits her aunt. 

↺Outlook on the supernatural: Kyanna's very imaginative, and she's always thought there was something else out there... If she found out they existed she'd turn to the nearst person who'd doubted her and say "Told ya so..." XP She'd probably side with the angels since they have a tendency to lean toward the side of good, but that doesn't mean she couldn't see good and bad points with both sides. Ultimately she'd go with whichever side she agreed with morally.

Family: Aunt Tal and her father Phillip are her only living family member's that she knows.

↺Personality: He's very confident. There's something mysterious and intimidating about him. He's a natural leader, but only takes on the role if he absolutely must. He's protective and has been known to show his jealous side. He's sadistic, impatient, tempermental, sarcastic, passionate, and cold when he wants to be. He usually stays by himself and doens't let most others in... but there's that kinder, gentler side to him only seen by his close friends and family and Kya.

↺Relationship: It's not lovey-dovey necessarily, but it is intense and intimate: he'll hold Kya's hand and whisper things to her to make her blush and smile. He's very touchy-feely so he'll hug her a lot and sit or lay really close to her. He likes keeping her protected and happy.

↺Personality: She may look angelic, but being a demon, she's obviously anything but. She's the main one who does the teasing now that Kyanna's in college. She's a really good friend... To her friends; she's loyal to a "T" to them also, but otherwise, she's conniving and manipulative.

↺Relationship: She usually tries to pull some mean prank on Kya and/or mentions snide remarks as she passes Kya by. They often have battles of wit when it comes to insults.

↺Why: because she and Jay were together before Kya ever came into the picture. They were each other's first, plus she broke up with him. She thinks that those two facts will make it that much easier to get him back. Plus, she likes seeing Kyanna's feelings hurt.
