JGS and Jaejoong are neighbors~

Apelbaum apartments in Nonhyeon-dong Gangnam-gu Seoul.

As we all know, jaejoong sold his old penthouse and moved to a new place and became JGS’s neighbour. JGS has stayed at one of these luxury apartments since Oct 2011.

Apelbaum apartments have three different types and each type has basically 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They also have their own private street and a peaceful central garden.

The sale prices of these high-end apartments range from 3.7 - 4.2 billion won. (so expensive! *-*)
