personality: Born in the rural country side, Chiwon is a girl who quite confused and naive about the world around her after she moved to the city where everyday technology for one's convenience doesn't make sense to her when she can simply do it herself. She is a kind girl who gets easily overwhelmed by things she isn't familiar with and loses her confidence quickly when people put her down. She is usually seen in a very good, always smiling, with a curiosity that will make people think she is very young when she happens to be one of the older members in the group. She values her friends very much and one of the few times she actually loses her temper is when someone messes with her friends to cause them emotional or physical distress in which that person should run cause despite her joyful nature, Chiwon is very scary when angry. Chiwon is extremely stubborn when she puts her mind to something, is a bit a tomboy (things such as bugs don't scare her and has no problem touching them if needed) and and likes looking at things from an optimistic view.
background: Chiwon was born and raised in Sanju in a small farming village where she helped her family run a farm along with her 3 other male siblings when she didn't go to school. From a young age, Chiwon always found music as an excellent companion and often sang as she did her chores, to the point that whenever there was a village event going on, she often sang for the crowds of old women and men. She often sang trot songs and only got into more modern songs after the influence of her eldest brother, who later move out of Sanju and to Seoul. When she was in high school, she and her parents visited Seoul where she found an flyer for auditions for JYPE and decided to audition for it. Her parents objected to it at first and made her go home, but after a year of her constant begging, she finally managed to convince them enough that she auditioned for different companies for another year before finally getting into JYPE.
