background — Hanbi was born in Yangsan where she was the first born child to Choi Minki and Song Jinae. When she was younger, Hanbi was a bit of a tomboy who used to mess around with the neighborhood boys by playing their games and causing mischief. Even though she got scolded a lot for causing a mess around the city, she still did it.

When her younger sister, Jinri, was born, the family decided to move to Busan to start anew. Hanbi really didn't want to move to Busan and when she got there, her once cheerful and bright personality turned into a shy and awkward one. When interacting with the other kids in her neighborhood, she would just tag along with her sister who was much more out going by then compared to Hanbi. When some of the boys started making fun of her sister however, Hanbi fought them off and later comforted her crying sister by singing her some children's songs that she learned.

Her mother decided to sign her and her sister up for acting school, thinking it would help Hanbi break out of her shell a bit. Hanbi didn't like acting much even though her sister seemed to love it. They did have a small course for singing which Hanbi loved and soon realized her passion for music through it. Her mother seemed to notice it, dropped her out of acting school and placed her in singing school where Hanbi slowly started to make friends with other people. Even though she wasn't the best in the class because she hasn't trained much and was mostly an average singer.

In 2003, her parents decided to go on vacation to Seoul with Hanbi and Jinri. When they were shopping at the mall, they were both scouted by a SME representative. Even though her sister was unsure about the whole thing, Hanbi jumped at the opportunity and convinced her parents to sign her up. Jinri joined later after she tried for an acting career before she realized that she too wanted to music.

personality —  Most people know Hanbi for her quiet demeanor and her seemingly unchanging poker face when not performing. She is one of the members who doesn't really talk much and is seen in the background while some of the more talkative members talk. She is a girl of a few words when you first meet her. She's a bit wary of strangers since she doesn't know what to expect from them and it does take a bit of time before she finally opens up to them fully. Hanbi is a honest person. She can come off as a bit blunt because she often goes straight to the point rather than sugar coat anything which can be both a blessing and a curse because that means she doesn't hide anything, but it can hurt people who are more on the sensitive side.

Hanbi is the type to extremely loyal once she fully opens up to you and when it comes to her members, she is deadly protective of them. She likes to cling to them and hug them as seen in many fancams. Around people she is comfortable with, she comes off a bit of a dork who enthusiastically listens to them like a puppy and makes corny jokes. She is extremely sweet to them and will try to curb her words so she doesn't come off as mean like she seems to to most people. 

Hanbi is very hardworking when it comes to music. She is very passionate to the point that she can be a perfectionist. She will spend lots of time on something until she feels like it perfect in her opinion. She will spend extra time after practice and tends to go into a depressive state when she makes a mistake during the live. Other than that, Hanbi doesn't really lose her temper much even though it seems like she would and can't help herself when she is excited for something, in which she will only think it and nothing else. She is a neat freak and will often nag the members when the dorm is dirty before she starts cleaning.

fatal flaw —  her poker face. It makes people think that she is a snob or seems like she bored, but honestly that is how she looks all the time minus when she is performing a song.

dress style — Her fashion is called casually pretty. She loves wearing things that are nice and comfy, but still have a girly edge to it such as maybe a bow accent on it. She likes more brighter colors than darker ones such as pink, white or pastels. Her accessories tend to be simple which a preference for silver jewelry than gold.

• Choi Minki, 40, Dentist, 4, Minki is a openminded person with a nag of knowing what you're thinking with one glance.  He can be a bit odd when you first meet him because he will often start talking without you even introducing yourself.  He is a very curious guy and loves a little drama in his life. It's a bit of a joke in the family that he more of the umma than appa. Hanbi and her father is very strong and she often considers herself a daddy's girl. He often spoils her when she comes to visit him.
• Song Jinae, 40, stay at home wife, 4, Jinae is a bit of a bossy person who knows what she wants and will try everything to get what she wants. She isn't the type to take 'no' for an answer once she sets her mind to something. She is a worry wart when it comes to her children and often becomes angry when netizens poke jabs at her daughters. She once said that if she ever found them, she will probably beat them up senselessly. Hanbi and her mother close, but Hanbi is a bit wary sometimes when it comes to her mother bossing and nagging her.
• Choi Jinri 'Sulli', 14, SME trainee, 5, Sulli is a bright and cheerful girl. She has an innocent aura that makes people think that she can be oblivious to the things around her, but don't be fooled cause she knows what she is doing. If she is in a bind, she will often aegyo herself out of it. Hanbi extremely adores her sister and vice versa. Jinri will often pull more aegyo around her sister and cling to her. They talk to each other about everything. Jinri credits her sister as the person who showed her joy of music since they were young. If you ever mess with Jinri, you will have to mess with an angry and scary Hanbi.

• Kim Heechul , 25, Idol- Super Junior, 4, Heechul is a prankster who has a tendency to extremely blunt. He is a nice guy with pretty boy looks that make people underestimate him at first. He is a cunning and fun loving, they took vocal lessons together and Heechul started to talk to her out of boredom, Heechul treats her like a younger sister while she views him as an annoying older brother type. He often teases her when he is around though at this point she seems used to it.
• Lee Jinki 'Onew', 18, Trainee later Idol- Shinee, 3, He is known to be a derp with a nag for making funny things awkward. He can be an airhead and is very clumsy. He can be easily bribed with some chicken, Jinki and her meet through vocal practice because they were paired up, Sometimes it's awkward between them, but most of the time they are good friends who like to chat about things. Sometimes it hard to tell who the younger one is because Jinki can often make a fool of himself much to Hanbi's embarrassment

talents —  she can make duck noise and is very good at acting. Singing is best talent though and good at chance games (such as picking the right color out of the hat or something)

weak points —   learning any new dance fast is hard for her and it takes her a long time to do so. Rapping she never attempted nor tried so she can't do it. Song Seulmi (lead vocalist, maknae) - 8 | Hanbi often thinks that she and Seulmi have a lot in common especially their love for music which Hanbi would has no problem helping the other girl out if she comes to her. They don't talk a lot, but when they do, it's usually a comfortable chat without awkward silences.

Jung Jangmi (lead dancer, visual) - 6 | With Jangmi's general attitude with it being the way it is, Hanbi doesn't care for Jangmi that much in the beginning. Hanbi does though understand the struggle of being a visual for the group and does relate to her in that sense. It's most likely when Jangmi starts to open up more that they actually get along, but in the beginning, Hanbi treats her with a bit of indifference.

Kim Angel (lead vocalist) - 7 | Angel often reminds Hanbi of Jinri and sometimes projects those feelings onto her. Hanbi envies (though it's not much of the green with envy jealous kind, more as the i-wish-i-had-that-sigh- kind) her for variety skills, but is extremely glad to have her around especially when she can fill in the empty awkwardness Hanbi brings to the shows. Hanbi does get annoyed with Angel when the other girl gets lazy during practices which works against the strong work ethic Hanbi has.

Kwon Hyomin (lead dancer) - 6 | Hyomin is closest to her age wise and despite, Hanbi not disliking her, she doesn't talk to her much. Hanbi does think it's kind of cute when Hyomin gets words confused. Rooming with Hyomin would make people think they're close, but mostly the other girl is with Soonye.

Chae Soonye (main dancer) - 6 | Hanbi extremely admires Soonye for her dancing ability and can't help, but get awestruck when the other girl starts to dance. Hanbi doesn't really go out of her way to talk to Soonye despite them being roommates. It's most likely because Hanbi isn't that very outgoing though, but they do talk once in a while with a few awkwardness here and there.

Ahn Sori (lead dancer, actress) - 6-7ish | Hanbi always thinks Sori's acting is very good and Sori's acting ability that inspires her Hanbi to try it out again. Sori's quirky personality meshs well with Hanbi's dorky attitude when Hanbi gets comfortable enough with her.

Nam Bangyu (lead vocalist) - 9 | Out of all the members in the group, Hanbi gets along with Bangyu the best. The two are often seen with each other in the corner, talking. Hanbi had no problem helping Bangyu out when she's feeling awkward and often says things for her when she can tell the other girl is uncomfortable. Most people think they're the same age friends because they get along so well, but Hanbi is actually younger than her.

Choi Sumin (main vocalist, leader) - 7 | Hanbi and Sumin get along rather well because Hanbi isn't the type to cause much trouble. If anything, Hanbi probably helps Sumin out the most. There are times that Hanbi does see Sumin as competition especially since they are both main vocalists of the group and when Sumin starts to get more praise for her singing. 

Do you have any suggestions/scenes that you want to see?: Just to bring comedy i guess, I can totally imagine Jinri being a bit overprotective when she finds out her sister is interested in someone.

What do you not want to happen in the story?: I'm pretty much up for anything...so XD

Are there any idols/celebrities who you think would crush on your character?: Probably just the people who said Jessica was their ideal type.
Also, I see a scandal thing happening with her and Jinki because they're good friends and the netizens are crazy and supicious like that XDD.
