Chapter 1
As soon, as the bell rang. Gi Ni went to Hyujae’s side.

Gi Ni: “Eunnie. Are you still mad at me?”

Hyukjae: “I will if you don’t stop those trying-hard-puppy-look-eyes of yours”

Gi Ni: “Aigoo! Haha. I really love you eunnie!”

The two were enjoying each other’s conversation while on the other side of the same room, there’s someone who doesn’t like the scene in front of him. Staring at those two might lead him in doing things violently, so he stood up grabbing all his things and stormed out of the room. The two best buds stop and stare to the young man who just got out of the room. Hyukjae sigh.

Hyukjae: “I thought I can invite him to have lunch with me alone.”

Gi Ni: “He might be jealous Eunnie!”

Hyukjae: “Stop dreaming Gi Ni. He doesn’t like me, that is why he can’t be jealous”

Gi Ni: “But, eunnie, seeing his face. There’s a hint of anger within his eyes. That stare scared a hell out of me.”

Hyukjae: “Gi Ni, I said stop it! THERE WILL BE NO WAY HE WILL LIKE ME BACK! WE’RE BOTH GUYS!”

Gi Ni froze. He really didn’t like it if Hyukjae is mad. Hyukjae stared to her best bud with tears around his eyes. Alarmed by the tears of Hyukjae, Gi Ni hug me and quickly wiped the latter’s tears away.

Gi Ni: “I’m sorry”

Gi Ni frowned. But the thought of her classmate’s stare earlier made her fear him.

Gi Ni: “Eunnie. Come on. Hyungs are waiting for us. You don’t like them to keep waiting and starve Heechul hyung to death right?”

Hearing Heechul’s name the two ran out of the room. While heading to the canteen..

Hyukjae: “I see. You’re still using “hyung”. Haven’t found someone yet?”

Gi Ni: “You can’t blame me. I mean, all of my friends are guys. Besides, if I call someone “oppa” you’ll know that, finally your beloved dongsaeng is already in love”

The latter chuckled and headed to their table. Their table is the most special in there, because it is located in a room inside the canteen. The room has a long table in it with 13 chairs surrounding the table. This room is used only for the SuJu students, the most rich and popular guys around the campus. Sometimes, they add another chair for Gi Ni, who is Shindong’s sister and best friend of Hyukjae. Though Gi Ni is one heck of a pretty girl and her friends are one heck of pretty guys, they all seem to be like brothers and sisters, not like boyfriend and girlfriend. That’s why most girls in their school hate her and that’s why she mostly hang-out with guys. She is maybe pretty and innocent but this young girl has a boyish attitude. Even though she was surrounded by handsome guys, she never did fell in love to them. That’s why her oppa/hyung, Shindong suspects that her sister is a lesbian.



As soon as the two best friends arrived to their table..

Heechul: “YAH! Are you trying to kill me? I’m really starving here and your mama Teukie forbids me to eat while the two of you isn’t around!”

The two best buds bowed there head down and apologized to their beloved beautiful Heechul hyung. No one dared to speak and that made the room filled with silence. Fear in each other’s eyes. Ryeowook, one of the magnae, start to feel uneasy and cried. As soon as the tears stream down to Wookie’s face. Yesung, who is happened to be beside Wookie hugged him. All eyes were staring to the couple. Gi Ni who was shocked and happy at the same time spoke.

Gi Ni: “Heechul hyung, sorry if we were late and look what you’ve done. You scared Wookie hyung.”

Heechul was about to say something when Gi Ni whispered to him.

Gi Ni: “Hyung. You don’t know what you’ve done but thanks to you they will realize it sooner or later.”

Gi Ni winked to his hyung and the latter smirk. After the mushy events, mama Leteuk, the older/leader of the group motioned them to eat and glare to them the stop-staring-and-eat look. But before the food reaches their mouth Leeteuk stopped them.

Heechul: “What is it this time Leteeuk! I am starving to death. I mean, literally, DEATH! What’s wrong this time?”

Leeteuk: “Donghae. Where is he?”

The two best buds look at each other and shrugged their shoulders.

Hyukjae: “Molla hyung. When the class starts he stormed out of the room. I thought he’s gonna be here that’s why we didn’t bother to look for him. Specially when we thought of mad heechul hyung, that’s why we went here fast, without him.”

The leader nodded and when heechul was about to say something, again. The words were cut by the man on the door.

Heechul: “Why does words being cut again and again?”

Heechul murmured without noticing the lady beside him smiling. All eyes were on the man in the door. Hyukjae’s heart was on the state of panic. He’s eyes widened, when the man approach him and sat down beside him. The guy’s face was frowning. Hyukjae wanted to know why he is like that, when Teukie spoke.

Leeteuk: “Okay. We’re all here. Let’s eat everyone. Oh, wait. We have to pray first. Siwonnie, please lead the prayer.”

Siwon: “Arasso mama teukie.”

Heechul: “Since I’m an atheist can I eat while you guys pray? I’m really starving-“

Leeteuk: “Kim Heechul! Shut up and pray with us.”

Since Heechul is so hungry and angry at the same time he just bow his head, closed his eyes and murmured some words. Gi Ni was confused by the thought of ‘Heechul not fighting back’. Worried, she approaches his hyung while the members were praying.

Gi Ni: “Hyung what’s wrong?”

Heechul: “Nothing. Just hungry.”

Gi Ni: “Hyung, this isn’t you, you know.”

SUJU: “Amen!”

Leeteuk: “Okay. Eat now. We have to be ready for the next subject and we already have.. uhh (looks at his watch). OMO! Eat faster! We only have 15 minutes left!”

Heechul: “Eat your food Teukie. Stop panicking!”

Just after they finished eating, the bell rang and all of them went to their respective classroom. Gi ni is now heading back to the High School building. Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung went to the 4th floor. Shindong, Sungmin, Zhou Mi, on the 3rd floor. Hyukjae, Donghae Siwon, 2nd floor. Ryeowook, Kibum, Kyuhyun, 1st floor. ‘Alone again.’ Gi ni thought as she went to the high school building. Gi Ni’s class earlier is English. She was born overseas and she’s not pure Korean. Since, Gi Ni is fluent in English, knows Math and Science well, she was accelerated, way too far from her current classmate. The history class went well for Gi Ni. As for the others, Leeteuk is attentively listening to her teacher, Heechul on the other side draws something on the paper, Yesung who is busy thinking about the incident earlier couldn’t stop thinking about Ryeowook.

Wookie: “OUCH!”

Kyuhyun; “Hyung, are you okay?”

Kibum: “Keep quiet you two. The teacher might see you. Woah! Wookie, your lips is bleeding. What happened?”

Wookie: “Molla.”

Kyuhyun: “You know they said that if accidents happen like biting your tongue, lips, tripping over by your own foot. Someone is thinking of you.”

Wookie: “.....” *blushing*

Kyuhyun: “Omo! Hyung. You’re blushing”

Kibum: “Yah. I told you to keep quiet. Stop saying non-sense to wookie, Kyunnie.”

On the 2nd floor, EunSiHae’s classroom..

Hyukjae: “Too bad Gi Ni’s not here.”

Siwon: “Yeah. She’ll probably be happy about not having the teacher around.”

Their classroom is the noisiest on the 2nd floor because the teacher that was supposed to be there has to attend seminar. That’s why the classroom was now filled with girls chit-chatting and guys jerking around. Donghae who is near the window, overheard the two guys next to him talking about their dongsaeng, Gi Ni. Donghae was about to stand up. He was angry. He’s blood is boiling hearing Gi Ni’s name.

Hyukjae: “Hae..”

As siwon and hyukjae continue to talk about his dear best bud, he noticed that Donghae was about to stand up so he called him not knowing what to say next. Donghae look to Hyukjae who is calling him. He went to Hyukjae and Siwon, wearing a fake smile.

Siwon: “Err.. hyung. Are you ok? You seem to be a bit uneasy. What’s wrong?”

Donghae, who was alarmed by the question, thought of another reasons. Just as he was about to answer, Hyukjae’s phone ring and excused himself leaving the two. Donghae look at the vanishing figure and sigh.

Siwon: “Hyung...”

Donghae: “Siwon. I don’t know what’s happening to me.”

Siwon: “Eh? What do you mean hyung?”

Donghae: “I dunno siwon-ah. I want to open this up to you. But, please, promise me you won’t tell anyone.”

Siwon: “I swear. I promise.”

Donghae smiled and proceed to tell him why he was feeling a bit uneasy about Gi Ni.

Donghae: “I dunno why I’m always angry seeing Gi Ni with Hyukjae. There’s something in me that wanted to pull Hyukjae away from her. I’m getting really stress siwon-ah. I dunno why am I being jerk towards Hyukjae’s best friend. When Hyukjae approach me, or call me my heart feels like crazy and becoming to have a panic-state.”

Siwon was shock from the confession made by the older one.

Donghae: “Siwon?”

Siwon: “Hyung, you’re in love.”

Siwon mentally-slapped his face for saying words out of nowhere. He covered his mouth; bit his lips just to keep the feeling of guilt inside. He took a glance from the older male. Donghae was stunned by the words the younger one had told. Confusion was written all over his face. Siwon noticed it and apologize to his hyung.

Siwon: “Hyung, sorry. I wasn’t thinking. Err, don’t think about that too much. You’ll be really stressed about it.”

Donghae: “I..itsokaysiwonah.”

Siwon: “Uhh.. hyung. What were you saying?”

Donghae: “I said its okay. You might be right siwonnie. I might be in love-“

Hyukjae: “In love..? With who donghae-ah?”

Hyukjae, out of nowhere pops-out, and threw the question to Donghae. Donghae was about to say “no one” when Gi Ni appeared. His blood boiled again seeing that Gi Ni was hugging Hyukjae from behind. Siwon who already knew what might happen, hold Donghae’s hand. Hyukjae, who just let Gi Ni hug him, noticed that Siwon’s hand is now holding Donghae’s hand. Gi Ni who noticed something is wrong, went beside Hyukjae wearing a confused face. Just when she was about to ask, she saw Siwon and Donghae’s hand. ‘Oh. No’ she thought. She glanced to her best friend. Hurt was on his best friend’s eyes. ‘1..2..3..’ she count until she saw the tears forming on his best friend’s eyes. Just before the tears escape she grabbed Hyukjae and the two went to the rooftop. Donghae, who took a glance to Hyukjae, noticed that something was in the latter’s eyes. Confused, he was about to stand up and follow the two when Siwon stop him.

Siwon: “Hyung. Let him be. I think I know why and I’m sorry I was just trying calm you..”

Donghae, who was even more confused look to his dongsaeng.

Donghae: “What do you mean siwon-ah?”

Siwon who knew Hyukjae was hurt didn’t know what to say. He always knew Hyukjae have feelings for Donghae, but when the latter confessed, he felt relieved and yet it doesn’t sound right if he will tell it all to Donghae.
