 Prologue

-Gi Ni's POV-

If living in denial means hurting, I'd prefer taking a risk than sitting around here listening to the teacher, watching my best friend staring to the one he loves. *sigh* 'How can you be so stupid? I mean, just go on with it!' Right now, as I watch him like that, i really want to hit his head, if only this dear teacher of ours isn't here. 

Gini: "Psst. Hey pabbo. Listen."

My best friend, who is beside me turn his around to look at me. He looks to me like what-do-you-want stare. I sighed again.

Gini: "Look. You're making things worst for yourself. You know, you're hurting yourself. So, stop staring at him again. You yourself know that I have been protecting you sinc-"

My words were cut when the teacher caught me talking to him.

Teacher: "Song Gi Ni and Lee Hyukjae! Out of the room NOW!"

Gi Ni: "But ma'am, I was just asking Hyukjae about the lesson. I was lost while you're teaching us the...err, because I was distracted by your beauty ma'am. I mean, you look different today ma'am. Your clothes really fits you and the way you deliver your message is way too perfect. Hmm.. oh yeah I remember, my friends and I will be having a group date. Meeting some guys from different school. Err.. Do you want to come with us ma'am? Please.."

I tried hard not to laugh and at the same time make the CUTEST face I've ever done. Hoping that she won't be mad at us that's why I thought of giving her date. My teacher is already on her middle age and still she's not yet married. I kind of worried, not because she isn't married, but because she's all grumpy. To me, I really don't like people who is grumpy. I hate them. Specially, people who is snobbish. But, what can I do? She is our teacher and I am not allowed to hate them because the next thing I might know is failing her class.

Teacher: "Uhmm.. Anyways, since your chatting is all about our lesson I will let you slip away."

Me and Hyukjae nodded, smirk on my face, as she continue our lesson. I glance to him and saw him writing. 'Probably he's jotting down some notes.' I thought to myself. I'm a bit lazy, I really don't take notes and that's what made me different to Hyukjae. He's the studious one. He pass me a little piece of paper.

Hyukjae: 'Argh! I hate you. You're embarrassing me in front of everyone! I thought your my best friend :('

I wrote back.

Gi Ni: 'YAH! I'm your best friend! I love you too ^^. Ohh, embarrass in front of everyone or in "FRONT OF HIM?"

Hyukjae: 'WHAT the.. Well, whatever. I still HATE YOU!'

Gi Ni: 'I know you can't ;P. LOVE YOU!'

I pass him the note and I glance at him. He smiled. Right! I know he can't hate me at all. I laugh about that thought and listened to our teacher.
