I like'em. Casely may have a point in the transparency but aside from that I think its nice. . . I've seen once that looked like they were made on paint. . .
Well, I like the simplicity of the background, it turned out nice. As for the poster... well, it's not bad, but I don't particularly like it. Keep in mind this is just my opinion, I hope I'm not offending you in any way.
The rose on Baekhyun's face looks a bit out of place, and I'm not really feeling him being a bit too transparent. Maybe turning up the opacity on his layer a bit more, just play around with it and see what you like. Again, this is just my own opinion. Overall, it's not bad. I've seen straight out horrible posters, and I'd say you did a pretty decent job. I like the simplicity aspect of it. Though, if you want to get more detailed, maybe looking into searching up some tutorials on new techniques/styles would help.
