Is there anyone going to GD's OOAK Concert in Singapore ??? 3: or Super Junior's SS5 concert ? in Singapore too ?

Looking for someone who can kindly walk my friend and I around Singapore for a tour because we're staying there for about 10 days (because we're going to see Super Junior SS5 as well),

And any suggestions on a cheap hotel ?
