Reflection

"Learning to pause and reflect allows growth to catch up with you."

This is a continuation of the Growth Gap Traps post, but not as long. I was having second thoughts posting this but as little kiddies say, "Sharing is caring."

Reasons why we must Reflect on our Actions:

1. Reflection turns experience to insight. Experience is the best teacher, only if we evaluate that experience.

2. Reflection allows one to make sure you're on the right track. After an unproductive day with failed results in the lab, reflecting on what I have done helps to identify where I might have gone wrong so that I would avoid doing it the next day.

3. Pausing to reflect expands and enriches thinking. This is self-explanatory. Exercise your mind.

Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From quiet reflections come more effective actions. -P. Drucker

Since last Friday afternoon, I realized that I haven't been laughing a real laugh that much for the past months. So, what happened last Friday? Infinite TV happened, LOL! I am positive that Keeper and the new tv will get along very much. I haven't heard myself laugh that loud and hard, I had to clamp my mouth with both hands. Gah, I had tummy ache, mainly because of Dongwoo. Everything he does or says cracks me up. Saying that he is funny is an understatement.

Before Thursday, I only know Sungyeol (jee jee) and Myungsoo, courtesy of halmeoni, who is a Myungber shipper and Sungyeol bias. She linked Infinite TV episode vids but I only managed to watch one. I only chanced upon it that afternoon while surfing channels. And I was glad I did. From now on, I will watch Infinite TV to have lots of LOLs.

How's that for reflection? Lol! XD
