JiNa is a quiet girl who does not talk much about herself or her family. Living in the cheerful and colorful planet of Xytonium, she is considered what people on Earth call a 'Freak'. She is always left alone sitting at the corner of the room and no one would bother to initiate any conversation with her since they know she would answer you with just a sentence even if you asked her like a paragraph of a question. JiNa is well-known for her quiet attitude until some who does not know her would say that she was born mute. Despite being not much of a talker, JiNa is selfless when it comes to the people that she loves. She would never hurt the ones who showed her their compassion since she is socially retarded, according to JiNa herself. She would give it her best when they needed her help and put them first instead of concentrating on herself.

JiNa is also an athletic girl. She does it best when it comes to sports and outdoor activities. You could even see her helping out at local construction sites, even when their planet has one of the best high tech machines and manpower. Or you could spot her at one of the sports facilities in town, working herself out for hours. Even her parents are worried that she would be too manly for the other gender's liking. JiNa is also noticably a perfectionist who is a no-nonsense kind of perfect. Everything about her is totally organized and clean, yes, in another word, a neat freak. Her room is wallpapered into a dull colour with square shaped furnitures, her study room is in black and white even her mini gym room is perfectly organized as if the equipments just came in yesterday.

Although she is selfless and athletic, she is actually shy. Behind her quiet persona mask, she is actually a timid girl. JiNa feels that she is just not pretty enough, not smart enough, not good enough to make any friends or to like anyone. Her parents, her mother especially, is very worried about her daughter's shyness until she thought that she wouldn't get any grandchildren in the future. Finally, JiNa is also a brilliant girl who is able to use her brain well when needed. She likes to do researches and people really admire her despite her quiet attitude. Due to her excellent athletic skill added with her brilliance, JiNa enrolled into Xyto Army Academy and becomes an honour student. At her academy, she then becomes a main candidate to a new project which would give her supernatural powers and the ability to transform into an animal of her birth month according to their prophecy. 

Character Background/History:

Xytonium is a peaceful and colourful planet that is filled with all the flulff and stuff. JiNa seems to be out of place when she goes to school or just to the town. She never really care what people think of her, really, she just do what she does best, be quiet, watch and learn. Her parents are a couple of never-ending-happy-go-lucky-love and caring parents. Her father owns a cafe which is frequently visited since her good looking brother is working there and is the main attraction of the cafe. While her mother is a home maker who takes care of everything that goes around the house.

She thinks of herself as a failure since her daughter grows up to become a timid person, but later on, due to a mission given by the Academy, she was petrified yet happy for her daughter. JiNa also has a brother; JinWoon. He is the most popular male around little Xytonium and every girls and boys swoon at his feet or glare at him with envy. Althoug differing in character, she loves her family very dearly and protects them as best as she could, and even when she participated in the special Academy project, all she thought about was her family.
