Perfectionist is what most people who knows her would think about Solhee. She keeps everything organized, not a single thing out of order. She would also make sure to have her things sorted out especially arranging things according to colour codes; yes from red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo to purple. Other than being a perfectionist, she is also an ambitious person. She would do her best to achieve anything. She would not give up easily and is super competitive.

Despite being the overly-ambitious and perfectionist girl she is, Solhee could also be quite the humorous person around. Her jokes are blunt most of the time, but that's how she is. Sometimes she caught herself saying too much and would apologize right away. Probably growing up overseas gave her a different understanding on different cultures, but currently she's progressing in understanding the Korean culture. Despite being a well-to-do family, with an elder sister and an elder brother who spoils her to no end, she is quite the frugal one. She dislikes to see people wasting their money so easily and always remind herself about the penniless family in the poor provinces.

Solhee feels that she is really lucky being born into a fine family which consist of her parents, and two elder siblings. She is a filial child who treats her parents with respect. She is much more closer to her father comparing to her mother since she always spent her time at his clinic when she was younger. Her elder brother and sister are always spending their money on her. Although Solhee nags and pests them for buying her things, but deep inside she is thankful to have such loving a loving brother and a caring sister.

At first, Solhee was sent to a normal school in South Korea, but later on, her father decided that she should study abroad since he wants her to get the best education for her future. Living in a foreign country, Solhee tried really hard to get used to her new environment with her mother by her side. She learnt the piano and that was when she started singing. From a friendless girl, the students at her school finally accepted her as they could see the hard work and effort she made just to befriend them, especially when it comes to learning English. Before she turned 16, Solhee and her mother moved back to South Korea as she misses her father and siblings too much.

After that, Solhee confronted her family about her dream. Her parents were really shocked when she told her family that she wishes to be an idol like her brother. Although her parents, especially her father, did not take the matter very well, but Solhee was already determined of her dream. Knowing her personality well, her parents gave in and supported her. Her brother was the only one who knew her real talent in singing when one of his friends showed him a video clip of his sister uploaded on Youtube. Since then, her brother had always been her support up until present. And he was always by her side when she confronted her family.

Trainee Life :

Solhee and Changmin kept their relationship a secret; no one knows about their brother-sister relationship except their Manager and President. Since she was the last one casted into Princess, Solhee had quite a hard time to adjust to all the dancing and singing routines. But the rest of the Princess members are really nice and they would always help her when she asked for their help. It's been an interesting ride for her and she accepted all the hardships since she was determined on her own dream. Changmin had also been there for her when he's not away for any promotions, practices or concerts.
