Personality:

Park Jun Ri is a country girl with her innocent appearence, she has this quiet voice but with that being said, if she gets used to a peer, she'll most likely turn into the sweetest next thing. She has a nice personality, very quiet and puts up with so much though it can result in her being terribly hurt. She has never opened up to anyone and for her parents, it's so hard to get her to ever say what she wants. She has that, nice-quiet-girl personality that if you put her in high school again, she'll most likely be in the group of 'smart kids that don't talk.'. 

In the eyes of her parents, she's the gem that has been sent from god to them as a blessing. She's that child that doesn't ask much, does amazing at school and never procastinates.

Background:

June's life before the powers kicked in where just as normal as any average human's life. She was born in Mokpo, South Korea and with her outstanding grades, a high school at Seoul, South Korea offered her a transfer, her family was completely supportive. --she was afterall their only child.

As her life grew with her, she became independed and became able to come and go as she pleases, her family never really said anything about her coming late after school because they knew she was prone to school and she is the blessing god gave them.

She has 0 friends except her childhood friend Choi Junhong, he is the only one that notices what her own parents can't. He can notice her face wrinkling as she gets frustrated with the questions thrown at her uselessly. She has a habit of turning down his help and always is there to help him however. She's not the normal girl that would just complain and sit there discussing what she wants and needs, instead she plans her future and wastes her present.

She's an over achiever and anyone can tell. She isn't first at everything but she's in top 5, always. Her life basically is based on study, sleep, eat, and study some more.

If Zelo or her parents asked her what she wants to be, she smiles and shrugs. "Anything will do."

She has no real objective she wants to reach, she'll smile her way and work her off to end successful. She wants to be looked up at. That's her motivation.

As June is a country girl, she has it hard because all her family is back in Mokpo and her grandmother too.

Mother: Park Sun Min / 38 / June & her mother have a nice relationship, no fights, no drama, nothing really out of the normal and average. She doesn't really speak much to her mom, therefore the mother always doesn't ask, as it is June's habit to say 'Nothing' or 'No Worries' she got used to the excuses that's why she never asks if she sees June tired or off a little.

Sadly, if there's anyone in the house June is awkward with, it's always been her dad. He can't really seem to get to her, and so he's just the backup parent to her.

Grandmother: Hwang Min Ah / 64 / June & her grandmother have a tight relationship. Reason being June used to be always taught right from wrong, good from bad, far from close by her grandmother when her parents where busy at the market they ran. Now everything changed, once the family moved. Junhong and June's grandma are both the past to June and it's becoming hard to even have presence to someone she can listen to other than the voice mail her mom and dad send as excuse to being late because 'work is taking longer.'

Choi Junghong / 17 / Close Friends / Caring, Absent Minded (at times), Helpful / Junhong and June met at a swing set long ago, June is older than Junhong but he always took her as a younger sister from her height and also, he can read her better than her parents. He always was there for her when they weren't.

In middle school, their friendship was simply, hi and hello at first.

Junior high was the beginning for them to start talking more and seeing each other often. They'd come to each other's houses and even if June rarely said much if the conversation doesn't start, Junhong always will start it and ask enough questions to get her speaking.

Sadly, their friendship lasted 3 years as she got a free-pass to a fancy Seoul school. That's where they parted ways...

June was taking the weekend off to see the blossom trees and planned a whole picnic in which she'll take pictures, draw and then eat.

Her day was going fairly well, except that she got 2 calls from these two girls complaining about their math problems and since June has a trouble saying 'no' to people. She spent a good hour or two ranting about radicals to two girls, chewing gum like cows over the phone and she found it super frustrating.

 

Where's Junhong when I need him to kick these girls away?!

 

Hopelessly, June ended up going a little later and it was slowly getting to sunset so she quickly took the pictures and was rushing that her usual enjoyment was ruined.

She didn't even draw and simply laid on the ground, huffing and buffing because what just happened ruined her entire day.

 

Why am I like this? Why can't I simply say no? Why does everything I do has to be school related...?

 

She raises her hand to feel the air sweeping through them as she moves them to different directions away from each other.

 

When was the last time I did this...?

 

She sits up on her elbows and looks ahead at the quietness of the park, everyone leaving and the darkness is coming up.

She lays back down and looks at the sky and sigh in content. She always looked to the future as the only way. She never lived the present as a normal teenager and she has 1 more year of being a teen before she's an adult.

 

What a waste...

 

Her eyes widen, did she just say that?! She never thought of her work as a waste!

She sits up and notices her drawing are flying off with the wind. She gasps and runs after them.

 

No! Come back! I worked hard on you--

 

She stops and looks into the cirlce they're slightly creating in the air. She looks in the middle and stays there standing dumb founded. Her eyes widen and she steps back. The papers fall to the ground and she hears a sudden loud noise, followed by light from the sky.

 

Shoot, it's going to rain. She grabs her paper and stuff, along with the picnic basket and the cloth and bikes as fast as possible back home.

As she makes it there, by then her paper is wet, her shoes are ruined, hair soaked and her eyes still flicker from what she saw earlier.

"June? Is that you?" Her mother calls from the kitchen.

"Jun... Jun Ri!" The mother yells and June looks up still stunned.

"S-sorry... I just got here..." She mumbles and moves her bike to the side and takes off her shoes.

"Goodness, look at you! Poor baby, come here!" She grabs her daughter and shuffles around to the driest side of June and hug her lightly.

 

Later that night, June's mother decided to ask June, though she promised herself never to, she wanted to know why June was quieter than usual... Usually she's just quiet, this time, she's quiet and distracted.

"Is it a boy?" Her mother asks and nudges June.

"Huh?" June blinks confused.

"Is it? You've been so distracted today..." The mother comments.

June looks back at the TV, they're in the living room, watching some comedy TV show but neither is really into it so no laughs are created.

"Mom.."

"Yes?"

"I.. Is dad sick?" June asks.

"What-- No! He's fine! I called him last night, he's just in Japan for a business trip--"

"I know why but-- I just-- I saw him getting in a car accident today and I asked you after if he was okay and you said he was just sick a little bit, and next thing I knew... you were crying by his grave." June says and her mother is stunned at two things, the fact June is able to speak that long to her and two, the fact she described a scene her mother would probably do if her husband was to be hit by a car or was in a car accident.

 

June's mother comforted June that there's absolutely nothing wrong with her dad and she should stop worrying about a bad dream.

June was 100% sure it wasn't a dream so that did not stop her from going to the same park to lay down and wait for her papers to fly again and see if it was really just a dream.

It took hours of waiting patiently. Nothing worked, she'd close her eyes, act asleep and expect them to fly soon. It wasn't windy so nothing happened.

She sits up and gazes intenstly down at the paper, she blinks a few times and she quickly comes back to reality and her lips are far apart and her heart is racing suddenly at such an unhealthy rate.

 

It happened again to her and it's only worrying her more now.

 

"Mom! I saw it again!" June yells saying to her mother and the mother looks at June raising her eyebrows.

"Saw what again?" She asks, surprised that June has been lately so open to her, she just thinks it's a phase she was quiet but why is her phase is as long as 18-19 years of her life?

"I saw the bad dream again!" She says. The mother sighs and looks away. 

"Jun Ri, stop, your dad is fine, in fact he's coming tomorrow! I don't wanna hear any of this 'bad dream' crap."

"Mom--"

That second June's mother phone rings and she looks at the phone and points to June to go upstairs to her room.

June sighs and looks away, walking to the stairs letting her mother speak to the phone and with her flirty hello she can tell it's her dad so she slows down and listens to the conversation.

What makes June stop in her tracks is hearing her mother's tone change with her dad and it makes her turn around to seeing her mother's eyes wide in horror and starring at her daughter in utter silence.

A loud bang is heard when the cellphone that was in between her mother's ear and her hand has hit the ground.

"Mom--"

 

(I wanna stop here because I know that it's best if you completed it, I know you'll do fantastic, because I love the plot of this all already! What I was planning on having was mainly just that she'd predict her dad's death and that it comes true and the mother fears the daughter so she sends her to therapist and the therapist asks her to focus on an inkplot and she sees another future happening and it's her house burning down and once she tells the therapist, she's taken back to her house because the therapist thinks she's just acting, but the night she comes back home from school is the day she finds her house in flames and her neighbours say that it's her and that she's just bad karma on her parents because her dad died because she predicted his death in a car accident and it happened and her house burning and it did and her mother sends her away to the mental hospital and completely gives her up.)

As for this, I wasn't really aiming for it. But, cliche came to mind for me and I decided to do that she starts seeing what her classmates have as hard lifes and as she tries to help since it's her habit, she ends up saying what they have as secrets and family problems and wanting to comfort them but people start to worry she knows too much and her name changes from 'June' to 'Jinx' because who she looks at, she jinxes their lifes and scares them by telling them she knows. She doesn't mean to for the first 3 but as rumors spread though she talked to 3, suddenly in rumors, she spoke to everyone. She becomes a big problem and the school takes her funding and speak to her parents and she turns around to them and tells her mother about her dad cheating and her dad that her mother is stealing money from the bank account to show them she actually can see the deep secrets of another and it becomes problematic as the parents realize she's nuts and is going crazier as her grades drop because she can't focus and would rather stare and almost catch a glimpse of everyone's dark secrets and as much as she wants it to stop to go back to normal, she does become obsessed with it. She ends up sent immiately to mental health hospital.

Personality: Chen has personailty where he can simply guess what's wrong and after trying and trying and not ever giving up will get his wanted answer even if June was to be a stubborn girl with her habit of shaking her head to the question she hated the most 'whats wrong?'. He can be dorky and really seems like a nice, normal kid but he was to be blamed for being a pain with his uncontrolled power.

Lay is the type to be just as quiet as June, but he's always there when she looks up, he never looks back at her but she notices him. He has a hidden secret she can tell from his quietness. After all, she experienced the deep quietness too.

How did he get here?

Chen was sent to the hospital due to his uncontrolled power, he has this habit of always being angry at his family and he can't stand them really, he actually likes having the power that everyone assumes is just fake and he's just mental. He loses his temper easily and that's what ended him up in the hospital as his father swore never to bring him back, ever and that the minute he's clean he'll have to live alone and be alone.. along with a bunch of hurtful things where said. Chen wasn't really as hurt as he was knowing that not a single person in the family, nor his friends came to visit. He realized that this hospital is literally his second home and became so in touch with it that he fakes mistakes with his power just to have him stay longer.

Lay on the other side is different. He has never imagined himself in the place where he'd be the abnormal mental one. He was raised in a rich family, lots of love and lots of business. One day he was just having a rough day to explain his situation about how he figured he has a power to his girlfriend and she completely took that as an advantage and told his family and told lots of people that work in the business making them lose respect as they'd make fun of him to thinking he can see ghosts/ freeze water and melt it. He wanted to prove them wrong but did the wrong thing as he did say he'd show them and his family was at risk of losing the company as people said they're raising an insane child as he kept going and faught (with words) those saying he's a liar. His girlfriend one day faked bruises and cuts to say he was so mad she didn't believe him that he beat her and no one could defend him, he was acting strange but he wasn't furious about her, nor the money she gained from sueing him. He was mad about the fact none of his family cared to stop her from lying because they all knew well he was right, as they all comforted or was it a lie? He'll never know behind those bars and hospital but one day.. one day... he always reminds himself.

How did you guys meet?

Chen and June met at the hospital, she was in there for a blood shot and he was there for a check up at the same doctor as they have similiar time to the appointments. He first starts off by saying hi and waving but she nods and ignores him from there. He realizes she's a nooby at the mental health part and he's just at his own dorm because he's 'okay' just not 'clean' as they use those terms alot. June has no relationship with Chen at all other than he's the news guy who would tell her about who's who and where's what and how's things work and where she can do them. Just basic showing around.

Lay and June meet at the lunch room where all mentals meet basically because those with a controlable type of mental health are together and she meets him in the line as he helps her get the high stuff and pass her what she wants and the lunch lady can't hear from her quiet tone. It becomes slowly a love relationship from her side as she notices him a lot and wonders what he's thinking. She assumes he has the same story as her and she usually thinks he's slightly like her, being completely blinded to ask.

 

 

How are you guys?

Chen and June become a large problem as Chen tries to get her to confess about things and she hates questions so she snaps at him to stop and he becomes angry at her and the two would part ways but still, they'd stare at each other when they can. The relationship progresses as one confesses to the other as they appologize.

Lay and June become closer than ever and as Lay helps her for the heck of it, she assumes he loves her and she stupidly and recklessly gives her self to him. (This can be in any way, love or simply telling him about her love to him.) He uses her as an example of his ex and simply uses her and crushes her hopes later on. The progress of the relationship can be sad and that it ends there or it can keep going and that he realizes his love for her.

 

Ending? I'd much much rather if with Chen, it ends up being happy. But if Lay, than anything is fine!

 

Scene Suggestion: Just kinda out of the blue, but the grandmother can always pull me out once the hospital thinks I'm fine ;).

Bad timing to that scene would be best! haha (i'm horrible, sorry)
