Like yunho is not dead .he's still coma but the Jung family (Yeah let's use his real name XD) want to spread a false rumors saying he's dead because they're afraid Joo DaHae might try to kill him.

The day yunho is admitted to the hospital is the day where jaejoong wake up from his coma

Jaejoong was on coma state because of the jung family..He and yunho used to be lover when they were still in high school.But yunho's grandfather didn't like jaejoong because jaejoong has a poor family background plus jaejoong once work at a bar so yunho's grandfather though jaejoong is a gold digger and a .Yunho's grandfather just asked his worker to make sure jaejoong doesn't disturb yunho anymore but the worker almost kill jaejoong.That's explain why jaejoong is in coma condition.YooSuMin were the one who take care of joongie when he is still coma

Yunho think jaejoong is dead because that is what his grandfather said.At first he have a rough time to get over the fact.A few years later Yunho meet Jo Da Hae.That is when yunho start to move on.

Jaejoong who is still not fully recover yet is always by a coma yunho side secretly .[[Like a chemistry or something that make he feel yunho is near with him that's how he found yunho in the same hospital as him.]]

Jung Do Kyung (I prefer jung yunho than baek do hun so let's change all his family last name too XDD) yunho's mom a.k.a yunho's sister know about jaejoong because she once saw jaejoong sleeping beside a coma yunho.She is so shock to see jaejoong who is supposed to be dead sleeping beside yunho so she ask her father.That is when yunho's grandfather tell her the real story.

One day yunho is awake.First thing that he saw is jaejoong;s face...he's super shock bla bla bla.....then he fight with his grandfather....Changmin doesn't want to hand jaejoong back to yunho....yunho realise he still love jaejoong.....Yunho and his family slowly starting to have a good relationship...yunjae is healthy again bla bla bla..... .___.  

P.s- i'm thinking while this happening ha ryu and joo da hae already end their war...
