We promised never to hurt ourselves ever again since we've both experienced self-harm.

But now, I'm upset...


Why?
Because I broke that promise...

About 2-3 hours ago I self-harmed.
I sobbed.
I bled.
I hugged my knees...

All because of one trigger that I'm forced to see every day...
