I showed my mom the "Why So Serious?" MV and here's what she said:

• They're all so cute. They look like girls.
• The blonde one, the real blonde one, looks like a girl. He looks feminine.
• Why the hell they got that girl walking around. She isn't doing nothing. Looking like a librarian.

Then I showed her this gif set and asked her what she thought of each member.

• Onew - This one needs to go to a gay 90s club.
• Minho - He looks the most authentic. (Then I asked her what that meant and she said "the most real.")
• Key - He looks like a mannequin.
• Taemin - He looks like a horse jockey.
• Jonghyun - He looks like Urkle. Like a nerd.

I asked her which one she thought I liked best and she said "the blonde one."

(I still don't even know who my bias in SHINee is tbh, my first reaction was Minho but Key is pulling me in too.)

Afterwards, I showed her Zion.T's "Babay" MV and her opinion was basically, "I liked the other video better. This was just one person and he kept saying baby. The other one was more colorful and this girl just layed on the ground just like that other girl just walked around."

But when I asked her about WSS she said "I like the music you play in your room, it's soothing but this was something else. This was like Thriller."

I think she means stuff from SHINee World because that's more R&B and her style than their latest releases and I was playing it a lot, in my room, a few weeks ago.

I'll probably show her other MVs another day but she gets really whiny and is always like "why are you showing me this, I can't even understand them blah blah."
