Driving with a cute Korean boy right behind you will kill you.

Why, yes, it is another one of my pointless blog posts where I let out what I'm feeling about THE CUTE KOREAN BOY I'M IN A PLAY WITHHHHH~~

So once again, play rehearsals today seemed to be enjoyable since I got a lot more "alone" time with the cute Korean boy that I have nicknamed L (and I realized that this will probably make people think about Myungsoo, but I'm merely using L because his last name is Lee). Anyway, when I get to our director's office, there are like two other people waiting for rehearsals to begin. One of them is L, who sits on the couch in our director's office. So, obviously, I go sit right next to him and we start talking again about whatever comes to mind.

We talk about our competition in Alabama this June, our flights in summer, how he has to go back to Korea, prom, and his basketball game. And it's so adorable how he recounts his basketball game to me. The school they played against is the same school where one of the guys I used to date goes to. The guy I used to date was even on the team. L knows that I dated a guy from that school and he was recalling moments from the game that I missed, like of how he was fouled by him (the guy I dated) and stuff like that. It was so cute how he gets so excited as he re-enacts plays in the game. Like omgggg stopppp your dimples are showinggg.

Anyway, after practice, both L and I leave at the same time. This particular Saturday, he finally drives to rehearsals (he only drives his mother's Lexus) and as I pulled out of the parking lot in my car, he followed a little bit behind. Ok, I didn't want to be weird and drive slowly so he could catch up to me on the road, so I just drove at the normal speed. Besides, he's Korean and the Koreans I know drive dangerously fast, so I expected him to catch up to me.

Which he did.

As I reached the first stoplight upon leaving my school, his car pulls up right next to mine. I still didn't want to be weird so I just "ignored" him and didn't bother to turn my head, afraid he might catch me looking at him. When the light turns green, I speed forward, hoping that I can show him what a fast driver I was (which is totally untrue). However, L closes in, and as his car is neck-in-neck with mine, he honks his horn.

Alarmed, I try to honk mine, but in the process, I accidentally swerve a bit to the opposite lane witn oncoming traffic, and therefore can't honk back unless I risk my own life. But L speeds up and his car is now ahead of mine, so he just looks back from his window, smiling at me, and I wave back at him.

By now my heart is racing because L nearly killed me.

Moral of the story, guys, is that if you want catch the attention of a cute Korean boy, never do it on the road. -_-
