I dont know how you would Describe Artist, But i think that there is alot of Video's out there that are considered Artistic.
i think that Tablo(타블로) - Bad (나쁘다) (feat. 진실) Is artistc aswell as BIGBANG's Blue they are both very good and i recommend them both. ^^ 
Which brings me to a Random Suggestion. Listen to YG in Da Mix - Crying In Bad Obsession of Love Song, It sounds so Pretty and artistic Its very good. I listen to it all the time
