Life update and a few little things about fanfics

Well. I did it again xD I still have my impeccable 4.0 GPA :P Of course, really, GPA really doesn't tell you too much about the person except for how hard he/she works, but it's still an accomplishment to have a 4.0 accumulative GPA (: Really, I should induge myself in something... but after all the ice cream from the party this afternoon.... it's safe to say that Seoyoung and I have the biggest appetite of everyone else we're friends with... yet, we're still amoung the skinniest... Well, at least I don't fit into kids size 12 like my best friend does xD

 

That's my life update. Again, happy birthday to Eunhyuk <3 

 

Now, to fanfics... 

Guys, I should probably remind you that in China, and Korea (Just looked up, Japan doesn't do this) the girl doesn't change her name when she gets married. If they did, then my last name would be Song... but it's not. xD It's still the same last name I was given at birth..

Speaking of birth... if you're going to write about pregnacy, please at least do some research. Yes, it's possible to be in labor for 3 days. Yes, it's possible to have your baby in 3 hours. Why do babies cry after they're born? Because the doctor/midwife aggravates the baby so he/she takes his/her first breath of air.

Do you damn research. Oh, and if you're given painkillers during labor... your baby may be negatively affected... trust me on this one. Suffer the pain now, or you may suffer the pain later when your child can't reach his/her full potential because of you.

Point is: Give birth and THEN write a fanfic with that in it  OR do the research. Or if you don't want to do the research, ask someone who has gone through this. It's not that hard. If we can get into a discussion about my teacher being in labor for 3 days IN CLASS, I'm pretty damn sure you can ask a friend or someone else 

It's not that hard. *sighs* 

But on the good note, I had a good day. Nothing can go wrong with ice cream and fun with your best friends (:

Oh and BTW, for all you people going to college: everything that you've done to cajole/persuade your teachers to get you good grades stop working. FYI. Begging, pleading and w.e don't work. ual favors or stuff like that, may.... OTL this is society. But thank God my professors aren't like that :D

Um idk about Korea or china but Japan does usually change the female's surname to her spouse's. My grandma in Japan changed her name as well so yeah. Just putting that out there.

THE LAST NAME DOESN'T CHANGE?! Oh gosh, I didn't know... And I'm a Chinese. Wwwhhhhuuuuuttt?! Let me hide in a hole.

In formal situations, people call my mum Mrs (my father's last name) and sometimes Mdm(her own last name). The changing wasn't in black and white but... It becomes something on an automatic response.

So why like that?!

So like 4.0 GPA in high school or college? Cuz high school it's hardish but in college it's like IMPOSSIBLE. (Well I guess it depends what college you go to but I remember my sister's boyfriend bragging to his parents how my sister was like the only person he knew that graduated with a 4.0 GPA for all 4 years of college.)
WAIT IGNORE ALL THE PARTS IN COLLEGE YOU JUST GAVE ADVICE FOR PEOPLE GOING TO COLLEGE. Bro people ask for good grades from their teachers??? More like I earn whatever I get and if I don't get an A, well the best I can do is check through my grades to see if any scores are entered wrong but that's it.
Can we also talk about s who have to be taught through the whole thing and then BAM they know they're pregnant and somehow they know how to go through the process without hurting the baby? Like bro, I thought you didn't know what lovemaking was and now you claim you know what is gentle enough for the baby?? Man we need a doctor to this couple or something until they know what they're doing.

Whenever I write a fic. pertaining a topic I don't know I at least try to do some research too. And I didn't know that in some asian countries your last name doesn't change when married, interesting tidbit^^

YAy on your 4.0! I always get them, but then again I'm not in college, I'm in eighth grade. I'm in all honors classes though... ANYWAY.
I does bug me about all of those pregnancy fics. I tend to steer away from them, because they are pretty much all mis-informed and not great.

I actually learned a little bit about pregnancy not just by looking things up online but also working with roleplayers who are familiar about this kind of thing so I get a little advice here and there if one of my characters ends up pregnant...it's still very difficult to write about sometimes no matter how much research I do .___. But that's why you ask for help on something if you don't know about it :3
