The Line

Up to what point should we let our parents tell us what to do?

I don't mind them telling me what to wear.

I don't mind them telling me what to eat.

I don't mind them telling me to go to bed early when other people don't even sleep. (Okay...so maybe this pisses me off a little.)

But this?

I don't think I can take this one sitting down.

I love them. I do. I appreciate their help. I value their advices.

But I can't help but think, isn't there supposed to be a line drawn somewhere here?

I dunno.

Hmmm what's 'this'?
There's a line for everything. But lines are meant to be crossed, just as rules are made because people break them. Though there is a line for line-bending too, and then the whole process just repeats itself.
I dunno either...I'm confusing myself...
