rewards systems can work too. Read a few pages, have a couple pieces of candy. Plus walking around after reading those few pages helps brain flow. Finish a chapter, enjoy a shinee vid. That kind of thing works for me.

i know how you feel ! i had to read this book called market blues (its a medium sized book) .... but well.... i got through 1/3 of it and couldnt read anymore because it just.... IT WAS FRYING MY FRIGGIN BRAIN !! Dx
(it was for school so i kinda failed that part of schoolwork) :/
but well... tips.... i once tried this..... imagine the characters as shinee members? (dont know how your story goes but change the members according to the story?)
and if there's a bad character then that would be sekyung :P (not meaning to hate.... but really..) hehee...

omfg ,I totally know that feeling.I had to read 2 books from a list last last summer and made the mistake of choosing the king must die. It was so boring I had no idea what I read after 2 pages and ha to go back only to get distracted by the slightest noise.

I doubt theres a solution or method. I tried what the person below said before and thats kinda hard and doesn't work really well since none of us read boring fanfictions right...?

I just changed my book to something much better after reading like 12 pages:/

I know the feeling, man. I don't know how much it'll help, or if it's even written so this would work, but I had to read Lord of the Flies, and instead of thinking of it like a required boring book, I put SHINee in place of the characters. That way it was like a big fan fiction. I hope this kind of helps. If not, then I'm sorry.
