I was on a diet for 3 months. 

and today I got on a weight. And what did I get?

112 lbs. dammit. I was originally 108 lbs -3-

someone tell me how to loose effing weight. 

btw im 163 cm. Am i counted as fat? 

yessshhhhh i know BMI-wise im just 19.1 which is normal but why are the people surrounding me (specifically asian :3) are all so freakin' skinny /crying

I will say as the person below me c:
Excercise ^^ eat healthy, skip sweets, eat less fast carbs (if that works for you. It makes me feel more alert. It exists in pasta,potatos,candy,biscuits etc)
And sleep ! :)
