Amazon has free kindle ebooks. I get rss feeds from the cheap.net before for thes free ebooks. I got loads now. But last month, the site announced that amazon has given its affiliates a limit on free downloads. So they are no longer featuring free ebooks. And if they do, they advise to just take note of the title and author and search for it in the amazon site and not click directly on the link they provided.

I don't have a list nor can i remember all the names, but there are blogs which still feature free ebooks.

I followed the bloggers in twitter and some authors and reviewers in facebook. So I still find free ebooks, although limited now.

there's an app and website titled Wattpad. it's free and provides a lot a stories. though if what you're looking for is a website that has books that have been published for purchase purposes, it'll be hard to find one. it's not music you know. ↖(￣▽￣")

I don't think there's any sites dedicated to reading books, but you could try searching the book title along with the word, "PDF" on Google. You'll be able to download the PDF onto iBooks (if you have an Apple device). Other than that, reading the document online is perfectly fine since it's like reading stories on here.
