Now, I'm psyched about prom ;)

Hihihi. Everyone (including me) has been talking about it.
Dates. Themes. Dresses. Colors. Just about everything!

I'm done with the date thing. Now, it's the dress. *sigh*
I really want to wear the perfect prom dress for myself. I don't want it to be too revealing or anything. I want it to be unique and beautiful and I want it to send off a sense of availability and mystery and vibrance.

Thank God, my sister's gonna be a fashion designer! <3
But the thing is, I'm kinda shy to show my mom and my sister that I actually do give a damn about stuff like these. Prom. Boys. Being beautiful.

I dunno. I guess I'm just shy cause I never really expressed this side of me to them before and I guess it's also cause it's a sign that I'm really growing up.

Well, I guess it's a fact all girls and mothers and sisters have to accept and go through in their lives. I guess all I have to do is admit it. Yes. Yes, I will. But indirectly. XD YOU CAN'T BLAME ME.

But anyway, I've been searching for gowns and the best ones have been these so far:
1. Kristen Bell's blue dress in 'When in Rome':
When I first saw this, I was like: Oh my god. It's nice. It's simple. Yet it is beautiful in a way.

The white one was her wedding dress in the movie, well, I don't want to wear a wedding dress... more so, a tube... but I also thought it was beautiful especially the down part. The way it flows. So, I was thinking, what if you merged the two together? The blue one's top part, and the white one's down part? Not sure about the color though. A senior friend of mine told me not to wear blue since a LOT would wear it. And from my sister's prom 4 years ago, a lot wore blue too. So, no.

2. This one is Taylor Swift's at the CMA's. Once again, it's beautiful, but as I said... tubes are a no no for me.

 3. Again, Miss Taylor Swift. I look up to her and her songs so much ;) But anyway! This dress is stunning, for me. And if you look closely, it has a skin toned thing on top. So it's not really a tube dress.

 3. Taylor again :)) I like the color on this one, though.

4. Right, so I think that's Taylor Momsen there. So, our prom theme is "Enchanted" and I'd like you to focus on the dress that's actually BEHIND Taylor Momsen. It's actually the same but the other girl wore it better and it has sleeves. I think it looks better with sleeves and it looks appropriate for the theme "Enchanted". The color speaks "Enchanted" too. And I think it will look unique.

So, that's all I've seen so far. I'll search more. Probably from Gossip Girl. I'll try to find a good enough dress there that either Serena, Blair or Jenny wore.

But I got a question though... What color is good for a prom dress? Dark? Bright? Or light colors?
