So, yeahhhh. I just watched the 'drama'. I was actually shocked cos I thought it would really be a drama and Seungri would just be a guest for one episode. i even thought he was going to be the one to be murdered. LOL

Anyway... so, the 'drama' was actually nice. detective series really hook me up. or anything that has mystery and investigations on it, like some kind of a puzzle waiting to be decoded. in fact, i'm a fan of Detective Conan before. before, because i didn't get to continue watching the rest of the episodes. and i'm too lazy to backtrack cos i heard it has a lot already (?). also, i'm a fan of Dan Brown books cos DB has a lot of investigations and codes and I have read all five of his books (I recomend them to you. It's a worth-read). in fact Dan Brown is my favorite author.

So, what i'm saying is... since this is a mystery/detective type of 'drama', i was easily hooked up. it was awesome cos i would have never thought of things like that. there were times i got right however, there were more times that i was like, 'ohhh. so it was that?' i especially love the part when Kindaichi was explaining to Detective Lee about the location of the bomb. it was awesome. when i first saw the code on the wall, i was like... random words? but i was like, i bet they're important details too since the camera zoomed in there. lol. yeah, that's my clue.

the murder case was a different thing. sure it was awesome, but i was like, 'eh? that's it.' i don't know, i'm not satisfied.

but i love the story about the treasure and how they are actually connected to each other. i never thought of that.

with these in mind, i became more nterested in detective stories and i'm even considering the idea of writing a fic like it. but i . TT it's already proven with Maybe It's Time... (though it's not really detective story, it still contained some of its element)

Let's go to the actors...

Kindaichi... who is the actor playing him though? He's cute but short. lol. i like him. i like his serious and comical self. Detective Lee, played by Wu Chun. I must admit, i'm not a fan of those international actors acting at another international drama/movie wherein s/he can't even speak the language. i don't like the fact that Wu Chun spoke Chinese (?) while his Japanese was dubbed. I've watched one Taiwanese drama. I forgot the title. and one of the actresses dubbed her Chinese or Taiwanese. i don't like it. Goo Hye Sun also dubbed her Taiwanese in Absolute Boyfriend, and it gave me minus points to even consider watching it. but since she's a YG fam, i'll consider watching it too. kkk~ anyway, yeah.... i don't liek that idea. i don't even watch the Korean dramas shown here in the Philippines. i hate seeing how mismatched the words are to their lips. lol. yeah, i'm weird like that. i prefer watching the original even if i have to chase after the subs. also, i don't like the fact that he's from the police force but he didn't give much help in the solving of the murder case. he was useless. lol so, next is Miyuki/Ran.. i don't have much to say. she's cute. LOL. next... the schoolmate. i forgot his name. and i'm fond of watching him. kkk~ next is the older brother among the 4 siblings. LOL, i forgot his name too. i don't have much to say anyway. he's...mature? and serious? lol next is Ivy.... she's too pretty. OMG. ageless. who's the actress?

and of course... our Seungri...

I was excited watching this because of Seungri (like duh?). we watched him on variety shows and BBTV & 2NE1TV and also in one drama where he had a came role (i forgot the title). and we all know he's a funny guy. so, i was looking forward to watching him act in a serious role. Seungri is a great actor. though i think he still had more rooms for improvement on serious roles. i honestly think it's better for him to act funny. but who cares? he did well anyway and we love him. kkkk~ and i love the fact he's soooooooooo fluent in Japanese (learn from Seungri, Wu Chun, i'm watching you. LOL). and hs Chinese n the first part was too cute. i don't know, it sounded funny but i think he spoke well. lol

anyway... overall, it was a nice 'drama' because of the plot and because of Kindaichi. (and uri SEUNGRI) kkk~

here are the screencaps. ENJOY:

PS: I just wish he had more and bigger role though. maybe in the future. btw, was it the actress who played IVY who was caught on camera with Seungri where they were drunk and all and it stirred controversy?

Sorry if my reply is so late, but I have just come to watch this movie now. If you still do not know who played Kindaichi, he is Yamada Ryosuke from a Japanese boy band called Hey! Say! Jump! If you are interested he is in two other detective/mystery drama. The first one is called Tantei Gakuen Q/Detective Schoool Q (however this way made in 2007, so he is really young, but I still think he acts good), their is a movie that is a prequel to the drama. The other one is called Hidarime Tantei EYE/Left eye detective (2009), their is also a movie that is like a prequel to the drama. Hope you like them!
