I agree with sea0horse you can comment on the negative but can be interpreted as constructive however hate is kind of strong negative, which sometimes may be hurtful , degrading and insulting ☺

its not the same.
you can be negative without insulting someone.

a negative post could be:
-please stop bothering me, its making me uncomfortable.
^ its negative but its not hating.

a hating way would be more like:
- why dont you back off? go and die~ you dont deserve to ... blablabla
^ trying to make other people feel bad and often using harsh words

i guess that's it. its really a thin line.. its hard to tell what a person is feeling, so... fighting~

negative comment is more on their p.o.v... what they seen inappropriate or rather what they don't like about something. merely their opinion on the matter that is not in a positive/agreeable way... while HATE comment i guess those are foul / unjust comments done purposefully. like bashing. comments with the intention of hurting someone involve thru words.

Yes, there really is a thin line between hate and negative comments. A hate comment is always a negative comment, but a negative comment isn't always a hate comment. I think for a comment to be negative and not hateful is if it's not poking on someone's nerves personally and if the comment helps the person. If the comment serves only to put someone else down without thinking of helping that person grow, then its definitely a hateful comment.

From what i see, almost hate comment will be negative comment because when you hate someone you will tell about negative things about something/someone. but negative comment's purpose sometimes to tell us about their opinion about what we do/say. it can be positive insight for us with un-polite word.

I think its almost the same except that negative comments are just about an opinion or happening but hate comments are about your account or about you as a person in general... If ever your one of the admins of yg confession or any confession site dont take things personally i think you are the better person.. I may geta nnoyed at some confessions and comments but thats other people opinion.. And lastly thanks for your time spending on those sites and please post links of roommate ep 2 with english subs...kekeke... Fighting.... Your great and i love your stories...

In my opinion, the line between this two is very very thin.
Hate comments are like bashing, with no really reason or anything.
Negative comments are giving comments that are bad about the story but there is sense in it.
That's just my opinion so take it as it is :)

There is no difference between the two. The fact that you point out something about a person and says it or write it in a very crude way is bashing on that person or writing/saying hate comments about them.
