J.G Leaves Cross Gene

To those who know me best, it is not a surpise when I say that Cross Gene is one of my favorite groups. They still are. It's just that I will never be able to see them as the same Cross Gene I fell in love with when they first debuted, all because J.G, main vocalist and Chinese member, left the group to pursue a solo career. And this had to happen on Kiseop's birthday.

You may also know that J.G was my favorite member and vocalist of all time. His voice is so powerful and enchanting that even now I can't compare it to anybody else. I especially love J.G's vocals in their song My Lady.

Now that a lot of time passed after reading the article explaining the news of J.G's departure, I thought about his situation and realized that his decision to leave was inevitable. On top of J.G leaving his hometown to pursue an extremely risky career, he needed to learn two languages and get accustomed to the changes. J.G had to undergo lengthy practices and difficult situations. Also, despite all of his hardwork, Cross Gene is still not receiving enough attention as they deserve.

Despite J.G's departure though, I have no reason to stop supporting Cross Gene. As mentioned earlier, they are still not receving enough love. I want to be there with them when become known internationally and start having a much bigger fanbase.

It is a pity that Cross Gene lost such a talented member who not only had outstanding vocals but also dancing skills. The disheartening reality is that there is nothing we can do to change that unfortunate event.

No matter what, I will continue support and love J.G, Cross Gene, and their new member Seyoung. I hope you do, too.

Truthfully, I am still in shock with the news that J.G left Cross Gene. I'll miss him so much.
