Kpop Waists^^

 

Have you ever dreamed of having a body like:

Kara's Goo Hara                                                SNSD's Jessica                                          Son Dambi            

 or or

 

(Almost) Every kpop fan wants a body like these. I personally am fond of Goo Hara's waist size and have made it my plan to lose 13-16cm off my waist. I've lost 6cm off my waist in the past month doing Hara's waist workout everyday.

 

 

 

She explained, “Spread your legs a little less than your shoulder width and touch your knees together. Then sit with your back straight, and move the pillow side to side, making sure your back does not hunch over. Doing three sets of twenty would be the best.

Jessica's waist workout is a little more interesting (Sorry Hara T~T)

 

 

 

If you this added to Hara's exercise you'll probably lose about 11cm off your waist.
