{Warning: dark, emotional, depressing theme behind the song/poem.}

Hey guys! So I got this super pretty music themed notebook-type thingy for Christmas and, not knowing what to write in it, I decided that I was going to venture into songwriting/poetry. I know I'm not that good but it would mean a lot if at least a few people read what I have so far ^^ When it's finished, I'm probably gonna sit at my piano and think up a few chords c:

Here is what I have so far~ :)

Stained Rose

That one lonely girl
that no one sees
If you see that lonely girl,
Just know it's me

She's a lovely rose with thorns
Her protective shell
surrounded by her friends
so that no one can tell

She's broken up inside
Hiding behind a fake smile
Broken up inside
Like a scared little child

Her pure, white petals
Now stained blood red
Along with the pain
and tears she's shed

Pricked by her own thorns
She's fallen way too deep
A dying, stained rose
is all she'll ever be
