personality: Katsu is calm, reserved, stubborn, and short tempered just like her father. She seems a bit anti-social but in reality, prefers to be alone most of the time. The only people who get to see her clumsy, flustered, adorable side are Jimin, her 'sister', her younger brothers, and her close friends.  She usually acts different around different people. With her group of friends, she's carefree, speaks her mind, completely stubbon, and a 4d prankster along with Aaron, her pranking buddy. With Jimin, diva-ish, huge fashionista (Thanks to her mother who used to make the hottest and newest fashion), hard worker when the two are working at the dance studio, and they love to gossip like most girls do. And with her lover, a stuttering klutz who get easily flustered at every little thing he does.

background: Jo Katsu, daughter of a well-known chocolatier, Jung Sunjae, and his fashion designer wife, Kiyoko, was born in Tokyo after her parents moved from Seoul. She learned Korean as well as Japanese because her parents preferred speaking in Korean at home while speaking Japanese outside the house. She was known as the kind, rich, popular girl from middle to high school until her parents moved back to Seoul when she was fifteen. There, her twin brothers was born along with her mother retiring from the fashion scene to help Sunjae open up a small bakery. From then on, the Jo family lived a peaceful life. Katsu hid her identity as the famous daughter of Sunjae and Juliette Jo in order to make some true friends. She then took dance classes where her teacher encouraged her to start auditioning for entertainment companies.

years of training; 3 years

trainee years; Katsu's years as a trainee were tough but she stayed focused throughout. She avoided making any friends at the company because she thought it would lead to unnecassary jealousy and hatred if she ever debutedbefore them. However, she did befriend a couple of already debuted artists, who helped her during her training but caused her to be an outcast with the other trainees, not that she wasn't already. Despite being somewhat alone during her trainee years, she landed a couple of modeling deals before debuting that helped her chances of joining a group.
