Ji You was born and raised in Seoul,South Korea . Her older brother , Kwon Jiyoung or known as G Dragon who was 5 years older than her was the one who tell her abouth singing , dancing , rapping and stuffs like that . At her young age Ji You was dreaming to be a doctor , even her mother has teach her how how to know symptoms . G Dragon was first trained under SM for 5 years , when she was quiting SM , she tell Ji You about the trainee life and his dream to be famous artist . In his 13 she was scouted to YG , then Ji You start see about entertainment industry . She gave up her dream to be a doctor in her 8 . She then start to learning dancing and rapp , also singing by herself . Actually her mother was dinied her idea about being a singer too , but she try to convince her and her mother let her . Her father always support what she's doing . her father was a doctor and her mother was a doctor too . Both support Ji You then to being an artist .
