So I just found out what a beta was (like an editor for fanfics???) and my friend said I could use one since my stories are really flawed lmao. Anybody know how? Do you have to pay or something?
To be honest, all you really need is someone who can edit your fanfiction. They shouldn't charge. All you should look for, if you don't want to ask a review shop to do it, is find someone whose writing you admire, and ask if they would edit your story. I suggest you ask a review shop for chaptered fics once its completed. You could do a one-shot, but it sometimes isn't worth the wait.
