1. Similar gifts - Artists often recieve the same gift over and over. They throw out everything that seems familiar to them or they know that the artists already have. 

2. Car overload - You just didn't know but other staffs pick it up too.Some managers are just rude, they just throw the gifts and let them be on the floor. Oher staffs will pick it up when there are less fans. It was once proved that SM's (SJ's) staff crew picked all of the gift that were thrown. 

3. Rude gifts - These are the gifts that managers really can't take. toys, OTP toys (you know what I mean), harmfull gifts (knives, samurai, etc), and I don't know what else are there.

Her side:

The managers don't really throw those beatiful fanletters of yours so don't worry. Fan letters are always better tha gifts. There's no other like fanletter. Gifts can be always the same for them (specially the managers. The artists don't collect the same gifts but they stock it).
