Style: Her style is old fashioned. She likes to wear sweaters, jeans, turtle-necks, combat boots, sneakers and anything easily handled. She doesn't do a lot to her apperance besides fixing her hair (which is usually tied high into ponytails or buns) or clearing unwanted markings to her face. She never wears makeup and likes to keep her face bare. Something she would most likely never wear would be skirts (weither they be long or short) shorts, tanktops, or low-cuts. Practically, anything that may reveal her upper or lower body areas.

Brief Personality: Stubborn, persuasive, quiet and often seen as motherly, Jae Hyun is a mature character who has a lot of passion to cook in the style of Italy. Her character traits are more likely noticed to be mature, stern and always set to one thing at a time. Jae is one who doesn't play around as much as others would - in fact, she doesn't participate as much as ANYONE would. Jae's more of the type to sit to the side, observing and watching. Like, a mother who watches her children play; just sits and watches and takes photos for loads of memories. Jae is also one to choose to stay hidden within the shadows. A wallflower, if you will. She's not one to draw attention to herself and much prefers others focusing on her peers. If anything, she's a little insecure with her skills. She lacks self confidence in what she does, but manages to keep herself burning with passion. To some, one lacking self confidence may have been a bad thing.. But, to Jae, she thinks of it as something helpful. What she lacks is what she aims to gain. What she can't is what she strives to "can".

What is your best dish?:
- Penne Rose: A simple pasta recipe that is a big hit a La Tua Casa. Penne pasta with creamy tomatoe sauce, topped with a simple garnish.



- Bruschetta Pizzaiola: A simple appetizer that is easily made. It's a mixture of both brushetta and pizza. Basically, toast topped with fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.



- Totani E Tubetti: Anothe pasta dish that is well-known at La Tua Casa. It is similar to the Penne Rose, but made with Tubetti pasta and mixed with seafood or squid.

What are you afraid of?: Falling in love/getting heartbroken. When at a younger age, she was in a very deep relationship. At this age is where she fell for the love and food of Italy. Around that age was also the time of where she had found love as a lie. The one she had planned being her lover had cheated by getting another woman pregnant - and was done so without regrets. She was left, shattered and hurt. She vowed to keep herself occupied with a different version of love: Passion.

Family Background: She grew up in a family of two. Jae Hyun and her father. Seeing that the two were the only ones in this small family, they had become very close. Being in such a good relationship with her dad, Jae Hyun found her ways into food because of him. They both shared the same likes and dislikes, too. This was a very big bond that not a lot of people had. Among the days of her childhood, before Italian foods came into her world, Jae Hyun was fond of cooking and cooking alone. She and her father would rapidly take turns through dinner, or making various snacks. This was how the two would spend their days. Eating, cooking, living, laughing. It was a calm enviroment for the two and both treasured it dearly.

Soon, Jae Hyun grew of an older age. She was in culinary school at the time and this brought less "family" moments, due to the various exams, tests and job appliances Jae Hyun was going through. Of course, it wasn't that much of an issue. Her father supported Jae Hyun through her work, and by the time Jae Hyun found the proper oppuritunity in opening her own resturant, the job was gladly accepted. Jae's father was so proud of his daughter for reaching heights that he was unable of reaching. He was so proud, in fact, that he used all his expenses to pay for Jae Hyun's move. His little girl had grown into an amazing woman, and he stayed loyal to her achievements. Jae Hyun was heartbroken to this point of having to leave her father, but knew that they'd always keep in touch despite the long distances.

And, I didn't want to build up on others. xD I also found Wolf being an easier character to format (although I didn't elaborate on my character very well.. ;orz) I REALLY LIKE THIS STORY AFF.
