I unsubscribe when the story is getting super downhill and boring...
Or if it's a story where I subscribe but forgot to read or don't even read, I unsubscribe cause I feel bad for subscribing and not even reading.
But for the most part, I usually unsubscribe because the story is getting too boring...

I usually unsubscribe because the story doesn't interest me anymore or it just gets boring. I've done this a few times since the plot seemed pretty similar after like the of the story, and it went way beyond what it needed to.

It's not really right if you unsub just because they haven't update for years grammar error or else. It a normal thing. And sometimes i think because they're jealous of you :) I'll never do that, unless I can't understand the story +_+ but mostly I never subscribe the story unless I read for 1 - 2 chapters already :)

I don't know... the only time I unsubscribe, is when the author never updates, but put the story on Hiatus. Otherwise, I never push it ^.^

I don't really unsubscribe, but I think when sometimes they go overboard on the story that's when I unsubscribe. But normally I don't unsub. ^-^

I usually subscribe after the story's ended, or if the author hasn't updated for 9288482901 years.

I'm the same with edv368, unless i really like the story and am willing to wait for 3 month updates (being on hiatus is a different story) then i unsub.
Or if it was good in the beginning but then just started going downhill. That happens a lot when authors write fantastic forwards and then can't deliver in their chapters :C

honestly i never hit the un-sub button. :] but i'd say it would be when the author decides it be awesome to kill off the main important characters. which disrupts the whole story...

when I see an update and groaned a little, thinking, "Ugh, again?"
or when the story is compete, but not that good to me.

They are just jealous that they can't do whatever you can :)
