personality● HyunJung has little confidence of herself. She always thinks that there are way a lot of people who is better than her in many ways and she thinks that she cannot do well in anything. Even when her brother praised her, she thinks that he was just comforting her and giving her encouragement. However, she was proven wrong when she got accepted as a trainee. People praises her for her great vocal skills and that she is a fast learner. She is praised on many things she does.

HyunJung was a lovable and hyper girl before her brother left her. She always had a secret dream of becoming a successful singer. However, her dream came crashing down on her after her brother suddenly told her that he would be going to overseas for his studies for a long period of time. She was really close to her brother. He was the only one who would have time for her and give advice on everything that she decided to do as her parents were both too busy with their work and totally had no time for the two of them. Her brother might have objected some of her decisions, but will still support her if she insisted on doing something. So, after her brother left, she felt lost and she began to distant herself from the others. All she ever did after that was to study and she was always drowned in her own world of studying in hopes to obtain good results to gain herself a scholarship to study overseas like her brother so that she can see him again. Her dream of becoming a singer was then pushed to the back of her head when studies became her priority. She did not like people to disturb her when she was studying as she was afraid that she might lose focus. HyunJung does not like arguments and will always avoid getting into one. She does not take the initiative to talk to others anymore unless the others started a conversation with her. She wanted badly to go back to the sociable and friendly HyunJung she once was; someone whom had a jovial character; who smiles always despite her problems; and someone whom people liked to hang out with.

HyunJung is kind and forgiving. She will not take things to heart and she will forgive and forget people's mistake easily, even if she might not like their actions. She does not hate, she just dislike how people always treat her badly just because she likes to be by herself. Due to her cold attitude, she does not have many friends. Despite being a girl who likes to be alone, she will try her best to help when others need it. She does not hesitate to give advice to others when they have a problem, so people like to go to her when they need some good words of advice. You can say that she is a really reliable person when it comes to keeping secrets. Due to these, She gained herself quite a number of friends, though not many. Now, she is trying to slowly open up to some of the people around her. She is trying her best to change her attitude and return to the old HyunJung, despite facing many difficulties as many people are already used to her cold attitude. Sometimes she wonders why people in this world are being so judgemental.

She likes to go to the airport when she has free time as she can find many different kinds of people there; people of different nationalities, races and ages. One of the things she likes to do is observe people. She finds it interesting when observing people. From their appearance, to their actions, she is amused by all different kinds of people she can find there. Sometimes, she will also try to guess what those people are thinking. HyunJung also thinks that airport is a good place to capture nice photographs. People's tears of sadness due to separation and tears of joy due to reunions are worth for good photos. HyunJung writes songs as her hobby. She enjoys writing songs as she can express herself freely in there. She usually writes about her own experiences and feelings about her surroundings. Park WoonSung || 44 || Father || Strict but caring. He demands a lot from HyunJung and her brother. He want them to work hard and have a good future. He is one who believes in physical punishment. Everytime when HyunJung or her brother made a mistake, he would cane them. Even so, Mr Park is a caring father. He knows what their children want and would try to do anything to satisfy their needs. When he found HyunJung went for audition, he reprimanded her and wanted her to withdraw from the audition. However, after seeing his daughter's persistence towards what she wants to do, he decided to let her go for it. 

Shin HwaKyung || 42 || Mother || Understanding and loving. She is the next person that HyunJung will talk to after her brother. Mrs Park is a workaholic, just like Mr Park, but even so, she would try to fork out time for the siblings. However, due to her busy schedule, she tends to forget that she has two children to take care of. HyunJung always count and take note of the number of day that she did not see her mother at home and her record of not seeing her mother was about a month and a half!  

Park WooJin || 20 || Brother || Loving, smart, out-going and cheerful. WooJin is easy to get along with and he has many friends. He takes care of his sister really well and is also her role-model. He is the only one that HyunJung likes to talk to. As they are really close, when WooJin told HyunJung that he decided to go overseas to further his studies, HyunJung got really upset. WooJin felt really guilty for leaving his sister and the thought of giving up on the scholarship ever crossed his mind. However, after a long debate with himself and after his sister convinced him that she is okay with him leaving, he decided to continue his studies at the University of Cambridge in UK.

Cho KyuHyun || 24 || Super Junior || Caring, dorky, smart, caring, reliable and fun to be with. He is sweet and caring towards others.He is HyunJung's first friend in the company. He treats HyunJung like his own sister. Living up to his title, the "Evil-Maknae" of Super Junior, he likes to play pranks on others. He enjoys annoying the hell out of HyunJung. HyunJung also learnt to prank on people that she is close with, like her members, friends and the Super Junior members from the "Evil-Maknae" himself. Although KyuHyun is "Evil", he is really caring towards others, especially his Super Junior hyungs and HyunJung.

Kwon BoA || 26 || Solo Artist || Sweet and lovable girl. She is a really caring Unnie to HyunJung. She is also HyunJung's first friend in the company, together with KyuHyun. HyunJung loves to talk to her and she will always be there for HyunJung when she has a problem. Sometimes she helps HyunJung to solve her problem. She treats HyunJung as her little sister.

She is the second girl-friend that HyunJung has after she joined the company as she was still a girl who distant herself from others at that time. Due to her friendliness, HyunJung did not think twice and made friends with her when TaeYeon approached her to praise her voice.

She was DongHae's ex-girlfriend and she still loves DongHae even though she was the one who broke up with him. Victoria dances beautifully, has a great vocal and she looks just like a goddess, HyunJung felt that she cannot be compared with Victoria and she always think that Victoria is really a perfect girl. After knowing that HyunJung is close to DongHae, Victoria decided to fight for DongHae before it is too late to get him back.

Lee DongHae || 26 || Super Junior || DongHae is a really nice and gentlemen-like man who treats everyone well. Although he is already 26, he is still young at heart and he is always playful and adorable. HyunJung likes him because he treats her really well and he is a fun-loving and easy to get along with. HyunJung feels that he can work really hard and play really hard, he knows when to get serious and when to let his hair down. DongHae treats his Super Junior members like family and he also treats other people well, even those he is not close to. HyunJung admires his big heart. He is soft-hearted and also cries easily making HyunJung wants to hug him and comfort him each time he cries. He is also adorable like a four-year-old kid and that is what made HyunJung crazy over him. 

how did you meet● HyunJung met DongHae through KyuHyun when he brought her along for their celebratory dinner after the release of their new album "Mr. Simple" last year. She also met the other members at the dinner. As HyunJung is a perfectionist, during one time when HyunJung was practising till late in the practice room because she could not get the dance steps right, DongHae walked past the practice room and was curious why there is still someone practising at that time of the day, so he went in and noticed HyunJung's frustration. He corrected her foot work then, and HyunJung was thankful towards DongHae and said that she owed him. They exchanged numbers and after that incident, they became closer to each other.

how did you meet● She met KyuHyun and BoA the day she went for the second round of audition. They were near the audition room that day after their lunch and they were awed by HyunJung's vocal skills. They approached her and wished her luck when she was waiting for the results. Since they were free for that afternoon, they accompanied HyunJung through the waiting and she gained some tips from them on how to become a great and successful singer. HyunJung was then announced that she was accepted as a trainee in S.M Entertainment and she thanked the two singers for their support. BoA, being a friendly lady she is, suggested for them to exchange numbers. Since then, they always contact each other through the phone and once in a while, they will meet up for meals. HyunJung became more sociable after meeting them and she learnt to prank her members and other labelmates she is close to from the infamous Evil Maknae, KyuHyun. She also became friends with other idol singers such as TaeYeon of SNSD and KyuHyun's fellow groupmate, LeeTeuk through KyuHyun and BoA during times when they tagged along for meals. She is thankful to have met them as they helped her to slowly return to her old self before her brother left. KyuHyun slowly developed feelings for HyunJung that he himself keeps denying because he thinks that he only loves her as his little sister.

training history● HyunJung disliked going home to a lonely house. To fulfil her secret dream of becoming a singer, and probably a chance to get out of her lonely home, she tried her luck by auditioning. Thus, after she saw an SM audition poster posted at the bus-stop, she went for a walk-in audition. She was 15 when she auditioned, and that was a year after her brother left. After a hard time of deciding whether to go for it or not, HyunJung finally made a decision to audition and promised herself to work hard and become a great singer. She got in because of her great vocal skills.

HyunJung did not have many friends during her trainee period, so she is, most of the time, alone. She does not take the initiative to talk to others unless the others started a conversation with her. Due to her cold attitude, other trainees think that she is rude so she does not have many trainee friends. Despite being a girl who likes to be alone, she will try her best to help when others need it. She does not hesitate to give advice to others when they have a problem, so other trainees will sometimes go to her when they need some good words of advice. She will randomly say out her fellow trainees' mistake straight-forwardly during their vocal training when they are having a break. She will help to correct their mistakes. She became closer to some of the trainees due to that, however, there are still trainees who do not like to listen to her advice and they think that she is too proud of herself when she corrected their mistakes. She is really focused during her trainee period and is always working very hard. She is a trainee in SM Entertainment for about two years and a half years before the company decide to let her debut in a girl group.
