Should i delete my fic?

now this is not looking for sympathy or anything but a direct questioning... 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i should delete my fic, shouldn't i?

 

 

it doesn't have that much subbies, well only 40 just a while and then someone unsubscribe but had over a thousand views already. it has been around since july and it only has 13 chapters because i wasn't really able to update it because of school work and a broken laptop

well as much as i love to continue writing it, it just causes me a lot of stress and deep thinking

 

 

it gave me feelings of being underappreciated

being stressed 

being left out

and many other depressing feelings.

 

so now i am having second thoughts whether if i should or should not delete it. 

 

 

truth is, i really want to delete it like right now but i am afraid that i might disappoint some people. 

there were those who stick to it in the beginning and then left me hanging and there were also those who took interest but that just ended there.

 

i won't be endorsing the fic anymore coz it is useless... 

i'm pathetic, i know.

 

oh... and don't look for the fic coz it's so hard, you could die... just vote here and state your comments if u have any... it'll be a really great help

if you can't handle it then just delete ^^ i'm thinking to delete my exo fic since im not getting much respond.. only 1 or 2 comments for a chapter that needed hours to make..

i deleted one of my ffs few days ago after 2 weeks of complemanting whether i should delete it or not since it's been a month since i last updated. lol.
i dont know what to say...
but for me, if i cant take it anymore.. i'll delete it. no matter how much i care for the subbies, the comments and the views.. ^^

trust me... I love to write and i'm not feeling tired... It's just that i'm going throug something really difficult right now that one wrong would make everything heavy... If u know what i mean... Anyways.. Thanks thanks again

If you don't feel good, then the fic won't feel good. I never update my fics because I don't really have a good feel right now XD Honestly, I ignore subscribers because the fics are for myself and I don't need someone else to tell me that they're good fics or bad fics. I've never completed any of my fics except for one. Writing can stress me out sometimes also- (aka I wanna throw a rock at my laptop) but it can also put me in a good mood.
If you try again, your one step close to becoming a perfectionist.
But now I'm sounding all pestimistic but it's true. Ya gotta do whatcha gotta do.
If writing stresses you out, I'd suggest going on a little mini vacation and put your story on hiatus. You don't need to delete it, just spend a little time out doors. XD Now I sound just plain old ^^;

There are plenty of people who struggle to get subscribers. You should appreciate each and every one of those 40, and not be discouraged :)

Well,I understand you well.. That feeling when someone unsubscribed. It was like... someone didn't appreciate our hard work.

But how about, you keep improving? :)
Giving up shouldn't be a choice.
I deleted one of my fics because it only got 8 subscribers. LOL
But now I'm trying to improve.
Not because of gaining subscribers.
It triggers passion, creativity.
Who knows, I might do well in writing fictions :)

I almost gave up.. But at the same time, I want to try again :)

Absolutely not. I love your fic, and I myself don't have that many subscribers either ^^ You just have to keep the good work up and hopefully, people will notice what an amazing you have and they will like it ^-^

nooo you shouldn't i know may be you have a lot more of subscribers on other fics but even 40 are really a lot of people and there are also all the people that read but doesn't subscribe ... well if you don't like anymore what you're writing you shoul just creat an ending but if you delite it it wouldn't be right for all the people that appreciate that story... i know i'm not that helpful but i think that when a person decide to public a story this person must also finish it so that the readers, even if they're a few, can't be disappointed :)

Like StWind said. You may take a break first but if you really are tired of continuing it, then we readers can't do anything about it. It's your choice after all :)

I can understand how you feel.

See, although you are stressed, yet you care for the reader's opinions. I take my hat off for you to that.
If you feel that you need a break, go ahead. Rest well and then comeback and surprise your readers with something big!
I'm sure that will make up for the loss you feel.
