Personality: She's a hardcore gamer tomboy who likes to sleep, play video games, and is as stubborn as hell. Not to mention a brilliant prankster. She's a very intelligent, dorky and witty girl who likes to be sarcastic and NEVER holds back on insults and is bluntly honest. Lazy in the mornings and rainy days, she usually likes to lay around and sleep, play video games (DS, Wii, whatever), or listen to music and try to get inspiration for songs. Because of her straightforward and confident nature, she's loved in variety shows and shows a goofy, outgoing and childish side. However, she saves herself by acting cool on stage. She loves to confuse people to get out of trouble by asking questions or giving weird answers
Ever since she was born, she had asthma and her parents took her to vocal lessons to improve her breathing. Because of it though, she's physically weak and very bad at sports, especially contact sports. However, she has an amazing aim and can nail anyone in the head. From vocal lessons though, she found her passion for music and wanted to be a singer ever since.
To strangers she's very polite and nice, but judges a book by it's cover. To friends, she becomes for tomboyish and is very straightforward, but a kind, friendly girl nontheless. If you need help or someone to ask advice, you can go to her. She'll keep secret, but if you break her trust, you'll probably never get it back. Because of all the times she's surfing the internet (be it for school, music, or inspiration) she remembers everything and picks up random, usually useless, information and loves to bother her members with them. She loves to bother people she's close with and frequently pranks them. Other than that, in her free time, she thinks of new songs, takes selfcas, listen to older group/sunbae groups songs, work on tongue twisters/logic questions or watches dramas on TV.
It's hard to get her mad, as she's usually mild-tempered and level-headed, but if you somehow do, expect your ears to bleed by the end of her "scolding" (ok, it's swearing). If she's sad or depressed, she'll fall quieter than normal and pretend nothing's wrong. She hates it when people about her heights.
She's pretty popular in school, though she doesn't care about it. She does what she needs to and gets it done thoroughly, no matter what it is. She always keeps a promise. She also loves to read as well.
Ahh... now food. Food is like her favorite thing in the world. Because of her extremely high metabolism, she cannot gain any weight no matter how hard she tries (like Goo Hara from Kara). She takes advantage of the fact and eats a ton without restraint.
She has a weakness for stuffed animals, especially cute ones.

Family Background: She was born as an only child in Chicago, Illinois. Her father for Korean and came to live in Chicago where his wife, Emily, grew up in. There Aria was born. As she developed asthma at a young age, they forced her to do swimming for awhile, but gave up on that realizing how weak she is and when she almost drowned. Then they forced her into vocal training to improve her breathing, which she enjoyed.

Family Members: Jung Chaeku: Father. Alive. He's a bit strict, but cares a lot for Aria. A bit awkward to be with, he used to resent the fact that his only daughter wanted to be a singer. In the end, he was convinced by his wife and now fully support her.
Emily Kim: Korean-American. Born in San Francisco, she's the loud, fun one who supported Aria from the beginning, but constantly worries about her.

Proffesional Background: Born as the only daugther (plus a dog), she lived in Chicago for most of her elementary years. After auditioning for JYP on one of those big, fancy, broadcasted auditions, she passed and went to Korea to be a trainee for JYP. After 5 years of training (Age 15) she dropped out as a SM trainee (stress and declining health). After taking a break from the whole trainee-celebrity thing for a couple of months, she was street scouted by an SM scout in Korea. She auditioned once more, got in, and was put in the group Blosom. During her time as a trainee, she was put in as an extra for various dramas.
