How can i tell my aunt dat her son is getting older and wants to be free

Okay soo this lil thing i wanted to talk about came into my head when i was cooking,soo i have a older cousin named Nathan

and he just turned 19.And he had a pool party for the big 19th and i took a picture of him and i showed his mom(my aunt) and

said "hey ti, i could put this on FaceBook and get Nathan a girlfriend" and then she goes"no, no girlfriends, i wont allow it"

and then i said okay and went back into the pool.And as i was cooking i started to think "Her son is 19 years old, and she

wont let him have girlfriend" and come to think of it she wont let her son do anything,i mean, I know that Nathan will always

be her baby but he is an adult, he is going to leave the nest someday.Can someone tell me how to explain it to my aunt?

Well, I think you should have Nathaniel bring it up, She will listen to him the most! Plus if you want to do it bring up the subject very lightly and then slowly turn it serious.
