height: 175 cm

appearance: His natural hair color is jetblack, but he currently has it dyed with a tint of blue. His hair is naturally wavy which he absoluetly hates so he flat-irons his hair every single morning. Even his own family doesn't remember that his hair is naturally wavy. His eyes are a medium brown, often described as coffee colored. He has very large eyes so he doesn't see the point in wear circle lenses or eyeliner. He absolutely refuses to use either of them. His left ear is pierced though he rarely wears an earring in it. He has a tattoo on his upper arm that looks like this: design. He got it when he was 15 during a rebellious stage that lasted about a week and now he's stuck with it though he doesn't mind it all that much. Still, he doesn't tend to show it off. He also has a birthmark on the right wide of his back that looks almost like a minus sign.

Inner Beauty

personality:

Baehyo is extremely quiet. He rarely ever talks and he's usually the guy you see sitting in the circle listening closely to every word spoken but not adding a single one of his own. It's not that he is afraid to talk or that he doesn't want to, it's just that he can never seem to think of the right thing to say at the right time. If you insult him he won't be able to come up with a comback for his life, but that night while he's lying in bed thinking about it, he'll think of ten or more great lines he could've said. He's just not great at coming up with things to say on the spot that are funny or effective. On the other hand, if you take the conversation slow and it's on a meaningful enough subject, Baehyo will turn into the master of words. When he puts his emotions into his words and he has enough time to think about them he can be the most poetic, eloquent speaker in the world. Still, Baehyo often prefers to simply be a listener. He loves to listen to other people's problems, opinions, concers, and anything else they have to say. When he can he likes to throw in a word of two of advice or add his opinion real quick to the matter but he has a way of summarizing everything he wants to say into one sentence.

Baehyo is the go-to guy for advice, especially with boy problems that girls are having. You would think that going to a boy to ask for advice on what to do about a guy you like might sound silly, but with Baehyo it works like a charm. He's a guy himself so he always know what to tell girls who need advice on their relationships, crushes, what to buy their boyfriend, ect. He loves having these talks and giving out this advice because he feels like he's made people's lives easier and happier which is his main goal in life.

Also, if you just want to go to him to get something off your chest, you went to the right place. Baehyo is a great listener that can keep a secret flawlessly to his grave. If you need someone to trust with a secret, he is the person to see because not a soul in the world will be able to get any secret out of him. Unless it's harmful to someone. If you tell him that you are secretly planning on committing suicide or that you're drinking underage, he's likely to tell someone in order to help you, not to get you in trouble. He'll make sure that whoever he tells won't be harmful to the person, for example he wouldn't call the cops if your drinking illegally, but he might tell your older brother so that he can help you to stop. Basically, the only reason he'll ever expose a secret is to help someone in need and he'll make sure before he says a word that the person who told him the secret won't suffer any major concequences.

Baehyo is compassionate, kind, and caring. He hates to see people sad or mad and he always tries his best to make them feel better when he sees someone suffering like this. He has a special way of picking up on the small signs someone gives off that alude to them being sad and he always acts on them, doing anything in his power to cheer them up.

He is also extremely observant and not just when it comes to people's emotions. He can always tell when something is out of place or new. He realizes things about his surroundings and the people around him that a normal person would overlook. Because of this people usually can't play pranks on him without him knowing beforehand (this is from much experience with his sister's pranks) and you can't change a single thing without him realizing.

Baehyo can be a bit of a fraddy cat. He gets scared easily and therefore can't watch horror movies or things with a lot of blood and gore. Also, if you somehow manage to surprise him by jumping around a corner (though like I said before that's incredibly difficult to do without him knowing already before you jump out) he will literally wet his pants. He doesn't have the stomache for scary things so he's always sure to steer clear of them and make up excuses to not attend scary movie nights. Halloween has always been his least favorite holiday too, with all the tricks and never knowing what might happen. Still, he never admitts to anyone that he is easily scared, he doesn't want to seem that weak.

He pretends not to be very emotional. He doesn't like showing his emotions to anyone, even Airi. He feels like they make him vulnerable so when in the face of other people he is usually calm and laid back just listening but never giving any hints to his emotions. Still, inside he is an extremely emotional guy. He cries at movies even when they're barely sad and he secretly wipes away the tears before anyone notices. The other part of himself that he hides is his ertedness. He acts innocent and pure because that's how he wants to be, but it's hard to stay that way living with Airi for all his life. Thanks to her he has been corrupted, but he doesn't who it on the outside. He often makes blank faces and doesn't laugh at erted jokes as if he doesn't get them, but inside he actually does.

Baehyo when around women is considered very chivalrous at times. He thinks that holding the door open for a girl is a must and he would never hit a girl (besides Airi and even then he'd just do it lightly and playfully). He believes that chivalry is not dead and that women deserve more respect from men than most men give them. However, Baehyo is determined never to give up her chivarous ways.

Like his sister, Baehyo eats a ton. He has a black hole for a stomache and could eat all day if he wanted to. However, when he's hungry he doesn't get grumpy. He just gets really quiet and really lazy and refuses to move unless it's to go get something to eat. He can be extremely stubborn when he's hungry and won't listen to a word anyone says until his stomache is filled. Still, he likes to eat properly, "Like a civilized human being" as he likes to put it. He refuses to eat with his fingers and he never shoves down his food (except during eating contests with Airi which he participates in merely to make her happy).

personality sum up: Baehyo is a quiet boy who loves to help others by listening and giving advice. He's afraid of seeming vulnerable so he tends to hide his emotions and fears, but he is compassionate towards others and their feelings.

Evolution Family

background: (the same as in Airi's application, just from Baehyo's pov)

Baehyo and his twin sister Airi were brought into the world by a single, teenage mother. Having a kid hadn't been part of Shin Lia's plan, but once she had gotten the positive pregnancy test for some reasons he couldn't let go of the babies. Of course however, being only 16, she had no means of caring for the children once she had delivered them. She put the twins up for adoption after naming them and they were quickly taken out of Japan and into the Kwang household in South Korea.

The twins grew up in a normal, middle-class family. They went to school, played with their friends, slept in their own beds, and lived life like most normal kids did. Their parents were waiting for the right time to tell them that they had been adopted, but it hadn't seemed to come up until the kids were already almost 12. By that point, their parents knew if they waited any longer it could be disasterous, so one night at the dinner table a few weeks before the kids' 12th birthday, Mr. and Mrs. Kwang revealed that the two had been adopted from a single teenage mother in Japan. Though neither could explain exactly why, Airi and Baehyo felt abandoned and suddenly distant from their parents. They knew it didn't really change anything, but neither could help their feelings of not belonging. On their twelveth birthday, the twins confronted their adopted parents and asked to go and find their birth mother. The parents were extremely surprised, but couldn't find a real reason to say no, so they agreed to take the kids over the summer to find their birth mother.

Luckily, the births had been recorded so it wasn't hard to find her name and place of residence after some DNA tests of the kids to make sure they weren't giving her address to some random strangers. When they showed up at her house, they were in some ways releaved. She lived in a normal-looking, reasonably spacious apartment in Tokyo. It was obvious that she was in no way suffering. Upon seeing the kids, she knew exactly who they were and upon seeing her, the kids knew they had come to the right place. Each looked extremely similar to their mother. It was a tearful reunion, but Lia showed her hospitality and warm heart very well. The family stayed in Japan a few days longer, catching up and spending a good amount of time with Lia while not keeping her from her work as a security saleswoman. Finally satisfied with their discovery of where they actually came from, the Kwangs returned to South Korea, but were struck with an odd feeling of wanting to get away and start fresh as the people they really were instead of as who they had thought they were while living in Busan.

The family moved to Seoul just a couple weeks after their return from Japan. They got a very nice sized apartment and both of the Kwang parents were able to find new and good-paying jobs before they even left Busan. The family was comfortable and satisfied.

family life: (again, very similar to the part on the other application, but some things are different)

While living in Busan, Baehyo and Airi shared a room, but neither really minded. They each took dance classes from the time they were 4 till the time they moved to Seoul where they continued their dancing careers before joining CM Ent. Even after joining the company, family is very important to the Kwang family. Every night they ate dinner together and they tried to make every Sunday a day for family when all four of them would go out and spend the day together. Holidays are also known as family time since the Kwangs would never waste time not spent with family on Holidays. "Holidays are a time for us to get to know ourselves and each other better" as Mira would always say. Baehyo has always enjoyed these customs and been a full and willing participant though he isn't so sure his sister feels the same. He enjoys spending time with his family and he always wants Airi to be there too so he occassionally has to drag her out of the house with them, but it usually works.

parents: (Same as in Airi's app except for the relationship sections)

  • Birth Mother || Shin Lia || 32 || security salesman || She is very kind and welcoming. She was overjoyed when Airi and Baehyo came to see her and she really opened up to them as well as the Kwang parents. She is very hospitable and she likes to give to those who are less fortunate than her. She can be rather emotional and she isn't good at saying goodbye, but she knows her limits and the limits of those around her. || Lia and Baehyo don't talk very often though Baehyo thinks of her a lot. He wonders what she's doing and about the past and how she must have felt having to give up him and his sister. Still, he doesn't make an effort to talk to her because he's too worried he'll interupt her work or private life. || alive
  • Birth Father || nothing is known about him
  • Adopted Mother || Kwang Mira || 46 || College Literature Professor || She can be rather worrysome and overprotective, but she always has good intentions. She believes that family is extremely important but that following your dreams is even more important. || Baehyo loves his mother and is usually not annoyed by her constant doting over him, or at least he doesn't show it. He knows that she always wants nothing but the best for him so he tries to see from her point of view. They never get into fights and though she would never say it and she may not even realize it, both of the twins know that Baehyo is Mira's favorite. || alive
  • Adopted Father || Kwang Jung || 47 || Doctor || He loves his family, but also loves his job so he has difficulty splitting his time between the two. Still, he tries his hardest to show his family he cares occassionally accidentally spoiling his children. || Like Airi, Baehyo is not very close with his father. Due to his work keeping him busy, Jung can't spend much time with the family so Baehyo doesn't feel as understanding toward his father, but he is constantly trying to get to know his dad better. || alive

siblings:

  • Kwang Airi || 16 || Idol in Pokémon as Plusle || outgoing, talkative, smiley, prankster, erted, funny, competative: more ||  Airia nd Baehyo are very close. They go to each other for adivce, share their secrets with each other, talk constantly, and use each other as a shoulder to cry on. They are always there for each other through the good and the bad and each knows they can count on the other. Airi is sometimes protective of Baehyo and Baehyo does the same for Airi though she doesn't realize because he does it more behind the scenes. || alive

friends: [bullet form. format: name || age || idol/oc || brief personality || relationship with character. max of 4]

Happiness

love interest: Krystal

age: 17

personality:  She's a bit of a player. She is never truly satisfied with just one guy, she always has to have a bunch. She never means to hurt them in the process, that's just how it tends to work out. When she sees a guy she thinks is attractive, she can't help herself from running into his arms, but she also can't seem to stay committed. She gets bored of them pretty quickly and throws them aside. She doesn't think that boys feel as much as girls do and that they only have one head to think with and it's not the one on their shoulders. She is rather disgusted with guys actually, except her guy friends (though she doesn't have many). She loves her guy friends and ironically wants nothing more than to protect them from girls like her, but she also never wants them to find out who she truly is. She is ashamed of her ways though she can't seem to control them and she is afraid that if anyone finds out they'll hate her forever.

relationship: They are friends though Airi is getting in the way of that. They spend time together when Airi doesn't know and they hang out. Baehyo has no idea that she's a player or a cheat, but he's fallen head over heels for her and believes that Airi is simply jealous. He is sometimes a bit awkward around her, but he tries to seem like an ideal guy whenever she's around.

love triange?: ---

Two Can Play That Game

rival: Taemin || 18 || idol

reason: Taemin is known as one of the best dancers in the kpop world and on top of that he has a quiet, shy, but kind personality. Two minus signs don't attract, they push apart. Taemin and Baehyo are just too similar. They don't outright compete and they don't give each other the cold shoulder, but they each feel some sort of dislike and threat from the other. They just don't get along very well though they never fight or anything because that's not their type.
