As for manga, I can't really recommend because I haven't been actively reading manga for a while xP What I do recommend is Yotsuba&!, Imadoki!, Dream Saga, and Sugar Sugar Rune.
I think you would really enjoy Imadoki Nowadays, taking into account what you've read already. I loved it, and it's one of my favorite Shoujo mangas. There's only like, what, 4-5 volumes? So I was sad that it was a little short :(
Yotsuba&! has somewhat of a one-shot format in which each volume would be composed of several different stories. There's no romance though. It's just a really cute fluff piece, lol. I sincerely recommend it though because it gave me a bunch of laughs.
I read Dream Saga a long time ago, but it was really good. I forgot most of what happened, but mostly it's about five students trying to uncover what's going on within their dreams and how it's affecting their reality. It's very mystical, needless to say.
Like Dream Saga, I read Sugar Sugar Rune a long time ago, haha. So I don't really remember what was going on, but I do know that it was about two young witches competing for something by collecting the most human boy hearts. I hope that makes sense, lol, but that's all I can remember. There's a whole lot more to it than I just said, so I suggest you look it up :)

Anyways, that just about does it for me, haha~. I hope this helps ^^

lol, I've seen most of what you watched, too. Tokyo Mew Mew was my first anime and Clannad and Angel Beats were the ones that made me cry the most. Like, seriously, rivers of tears were gushing from my face, T^T
Anyways, I don't watch a lot of Shoujo anime, but the ones that I really like are Naruto/Naruto Shippuden, Soul Eater, Full Metal Alchemist, and Death Note. Writing them down like this, I realize that these anime are really bloody--at least, Death Note is anyway. Take note that Death Note has some mature content, so watch it at your own discretion. Personally, I really enjoyed it. It was just one of those anime you can't help but get immersed in.
Full Metal Alchemist was good, too. It's a bunch of shades lighter than Death Note is, and it provides good comedy, lol. However, there are times when the show gets really serious--like, grim serious. I won't say why, though, because I wouldn't want to spoil it ;P
Naruto and Soul Eater are similar in that there's fighting and there's teams. Soul Eater was probably the more whimsical of the two, and it ranks high in my chart. Naruto, although I love it, often drags out certain story arcs and adds in filler arcs for no reason other than to annoy the viewer (aka, me XD). Don't get me wrong, it's still one of my favorites. It's just those darn filler arcs >///< Even so, I seriously recommend it because it was just that good. The following series, Naruto Shippuden, is still ongoing--but we're nearing the 300th episode, so I suppose that gives you time to catch up, LOL.

For dramas, I suggest City Hunter, My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, My Girl, and Secret Garden. But, judging by what you've seen so far, my guess is you'll appreciate the others more than City Hunter because City Hunter doesn't focus entirely on romance--at least not initially. About halfway through the series, the romance element starts to kick in ;) It's also action/tension packed, so it keeps you entertained.
My Girl is a pretty old drama (it aired 2005-2006) so I dunno what the chances of you finding it are. Last I watched it was on the site dramacrazy. Personally, I thought the show was a bit slow, but it was very, very entertaining. And the OST was pretty nice~.
My Girlfriend is a Gumiho is just >///< GAH! I really loved that drama. It stars Lee Seungi as the lead with Shin Min Ah playing opposite him. It was a really funny drama and I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT. And if you're into eye candy, No Min Woo stars in it as well ^^
Another favorite of mine is Secret Garden. Dunno if you heard of that one, lol. The first episode didn't make sense to me, but as the series progressed, I grew to love it. Hyunbin and Ha Jiwon were magical together, xD
