Min So has a very outgoing personality which earns her many friends/acquaintances wherever she goes, so she has a lot of connections. She is kind-hearted and talkative. She can connect with others easily, but she can be very sarcastic. A lot see her sarcastic comments as funny but there are times when she says something sarcastic at the wrong time and she unknowingly hurts someone's feelings. Min So is the youngest of 3 children. Her parents let her do whatever she wanted while growing up because she was the more responsible and calm child. When Min So was 12 SungMin brought her to SME because he had to watch over MinSo but also train. He let Min So sit at a corner and started training. An employee saw her and immediately wanted her to sign up to be a trainee. Soon MinSo started to train to sing, dance, and act. She was one of the best trainees that SM had. As she grew up though she began to loose interest in becoming and idol and left to study abroad. Lee Soo Man was disappointed to lose Min So because of her abilities. But he suggested that Min So become an employee of SME but instead a manager when Min So came back to Korea. Min So thought it was a great idea and has become one of the best managers in training SME has had.
