DIARY: 1st Anniversary - 120702
One year ago, 2 July 2011, I registered for this website.
At first I just wanted to be a reader. I could subscribe and comment on the story I liked if I became a member. However I was interested in writing as well.
So I started with my first fanfiction, featuring BEAST's Gikwang and Yoseob. It was nothing but curiosity. I was sure that the story would attract no one, knowing that my grammar was the worst.
The overwhelming happiness got into me when I received my first comment for the story. People subscribed and I started to write my second story despite the fact I had not finished the first one.
Fortunately my second story attracted even more readers. Meanwhile I also came across many great authors and I stayed even longer with AsianFanFics, making it one of my favorite website.
I went on with my third story, the one with different genre. My story list kept increasing and I was really happy to know that many people loved to read my drama story.
Time passed and one year finally went by. Right now I have 37 stories, 31 are done, 3 are on progress, 2 are in hiatus, and 1 is on hold.
I also collaborate with one of my favorite authors here, msnosun. She is one of the authors who definitely changed my life in one and another way.
We live in different countries. We never meet each other. We never hear each other's voice but she became my motivation, both as my inspiration and my rival. I respect her and that's why the collaboration is one thing I'm really grateful of.
I made a lot of new friends who told me that I wrote good stories. I got to know a lot of great authors who could make my heart went crazy just by words.
I learned a lot and I'm still learning up till this moment. AsianFanFics has changed my life in a good way and I'm really thankful for it.
To be honest, I never really looked after karma, subscribers, or comments. All I want is people enjoy my stories and that's more than enough.
I respect every comment even if you want to tell me that my story is not good. Really. Why? Because I want to improve myself for all people who want to read good stories.
There is barely anyone who knows that I love to write in my real life. Let's say that 'kyuri91' is my alter ego and I'm proud of it because I could meet so many amazing people from across the world.
I just want to say thank you for all authors who have written so many beautiful stories. You don't know how much your stories motivate me to write everyday.
Thank you for all readers who have read my stories. I really hope you will enjoy my future stories and I promise I will write even better because that's what all of us expect, right?

As for the special occassion, there are two things I want to share here as well.
First is I never shared a picture of mine before, isn't it? Frankly it's because I want to make a clear line between my life as a writer and my life as an ordinary girl who lives in ordinary world.
