As of today, Jang Hyunseung has withdrawn from BEAST, and the group has been reorganized to consist of five members: Yoon Doojoon, Lee Gikwang, Yang Yoseob, Yong Junhyung, and Son Dongwoon. Jang Hyunseung desires to focus on making his own music as a solo artist instead of as a member of BEAST in the future.

Jang Hyunseung and the five members have been talking and consulting continually with the company about making a change to team activities due to differences in personality that began with different opinions on music. After long deliberation between all the members, it was agreed that the group would part company with Jang Hyunseung and the team would be reorganized.

BEAST has been working hard for the past seven years without rest for the fans and their shared goal of reaching the top. Because of this, this decision was not easy for the members, company, or anyone.

BEAST, which has now changed to a five-member group, plans to get ready to release a new album in 2016 and be active both domestically and overseas. Please continue to support and show interest in both BEAST and Jang Hyunseung, who will be doing their best in their own positions.

With all my honesty, I didn't expect this to happen.

It would be a lie if this thought didn't cross my mind with all hatred around regarding his attitude scandal. Yes, I did think of this possibility, but never once my heart was prepared to accept this news.

Hyunseung is not my top bias.
I never even wrote a fanfiction with him as the main character (except in this one-shot).

However, as a B2UTY, I love him equally just like I love BEAST.
Ever since I started to stan BEAST since 2011, Hyunseung has all the right to be loved by the fans.

Just because some people didn't say a word upon the haters, it didn't mean no one supported him.

Because I did. I do. And I still do.

Hyunseung might not be the best of the best idol out there.
I won't defend him for not being the most professional idol; he made mistakes, he could be blamed for them, and he should be responsible.

But hating him?

Hating him for being not talented?

Hyunseung was BEAST's lead vocalist and lead dancer.
It's not a role you could give to everyone who is considered untalented.

If you want to hate him, give a valid reason.

And for all people who claim themselves as a BEAUTY,
for you who are happy because he finally has withdrawn from the group,
for you who think he just dragged the group...

...remember that this is Jang Hyunseung who always mentioned B2UTY whenever he was asked.
This is Jang Hyunseung who sang with sincerity and danced with passion.
This is Jang Hyunseung, your 4D prince who smiled and waved and cheered along with fans.

Never declare yourself as a BEAUTY if you hate him.

He might not be an official member of BEAST anymore, but he will always be in the hearts.
