For me, Suho is the next Leeteuk. 

He looks after the members and reminds them to love each other. Also swore to protect the members and their fans. Always keeping peace around them and always checking up on them. He's not just a leader of K but he also checks on their counterpart by sending video messages to communicate with the other members. What more can ask for a leader like him? Just like Leeteuk who is as angel sent from above; protector of Super Junior and ELF, Suho is the guardian that is also ready to protect s and their fans. Only SM provides the best leaders. :D
