y'know, i've been thinking alot lately and something that makes me sad is the lack of appreciation with new kpop fans of old kpop groups. i mean, many already lack respect for like old DBSK and SS501 and stuff, which is just infuriating, so not even mentioning even older groups like Shinhwa, H.O.T, Sechskies, etc. i mean really? i saw some people calling Shinhwa old men, and i had to hold back from ripping out their necks. there's a ridiculous level of disrespect from all these new fans. i hate it. they can't appreciate good music, clearly, or just the fact that these groups paved the way for current kpop groups. listening to Shinhwa's comeback album, it is the single best album i have heard in the past two years if not even extending further. old kpop groups are honestly among my favorites. and it just infuriates me to no end that there are people who dare to say negative things about them. and don't give me the stupid "urgh that person is too old for me" okay one, you aren't going to ever marry them, so what are you talking about? *note often i hear teen girls say that about people just over TWENTY. i even heard that said about LUHAN. like you have got to be kidding me* and two, im 16, yet i clearly love old kpop groups. three, these groups are the ones that your "oppas" and "unnies" idolized, so shut it. im tired of these obnoxious new fans. they are the worst. honestly, i love kpop, but the fandom itself sux.
