in that case, instead of click 'download', right click it and click 'save link as...'
for example this link:

ok so it didn't work on my computer either at first so what i did was

then you wait the 5 seconds and click skip ad
and then you wait the 3 seconds and it comes to this

copy and paste each of the urls into a new tab and bingo! you can download!
