Okay, i seriously just need a place to rant and this is the only place I can think of. 

I work as a full time nanny. I take care of a 3-year-old boy. I spend my days, from 7am to 4.30pm with him. He is so spoiled I feel like slapping him sometime. His parents do NOTHING to discipline him and they are just so..... ARGH!!! 

They also have a 17-year-old daughter I share a bathroom with. We are supposed to clean the bathroom once every second week and she has done it ONCE in the 4½ months I have been here, where her mum pretty much did all the work and she just watched. She was supposed to do it this weekend but she hasn't. She has "scrubbed the toilet briefly" but NOTHING else. What THE HELL IS WRONG WITH HER! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE PARENTS!?

Today we were going to have cake, me and the boy. He took of his sock and threw it on the floor in clear provocation. I took his piece of cake and said he could have it back when he had picked up the sock and put it back on. He picked it up, ran to his sister, who is 11, and made her put it on him, EVEN THOUGH I explained to her that I wanted him to try himself. When the mum came home and he started talking about it, I explained why I did what I did and then she scolds me! "That doesn't justify punishing him!". HOW ON EARTH IS IT PUNISHING WHEN I JUST TRY TO TEACH HIM SOME BASIC THINGS HE NEEDS TO KNOW ONCE HE START KINDERGARTEN THIS SUMMER, WHICH HIS PARENTS CLEARLY REFUSE TO TEACH HIM!?!?!?! He is seriously going to be in so much trouble once he starts kindergarten, he is so misbehaved that a monkey would have better manners. I am seriously startled. There is no way in HELL that my kids are ever going to be like that!
