I am cursed...

I swear, I am cursed or something. I bought a new computer in November last year. My dad bought it and had it sent to my sister since I was on exchange, so I got it in January when I got home. It's a Lenovo Yoga 720 with a touchscreen. Quickly after I started using it, I noticed a dead pixel on the screen. I contacted the seller and sent it in for repairs. I got it back and quickly after noticed ANOTHER dead pixel on the screen. I contacted the seller but could not send it back then since I was working on my thesis at the time. See, my old computer is now 5½ years old, and while it still works for the most part, it has gotten a habit of zapping off without any kind of warning. It literally just says 'zap' and then it is dead, which is why I bought a new computer - I didn't want to risk losing progress on my thesis by my computer zapping out. Anyway, I finally sent in the new computer and got it back last week. Everything looked fine until last night when I tried to use the touchscreen.

Somehow, the touchscreen is mirrored horizontally in the middle, meaning when I touch the top of the screen, my computer thinks I am touching the bottom of my screen.

ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME!?!?!?!

I have updated the drivers, I have updated the computer, calibrated the pen and touch input, factory reset the computer and the touch input is still upside down.

WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS CURSE?????

I now have to send it in for the THIRD time in less than 6 months. Seriously? The dude said he would make a note saying he would recommend they give me a new computer instead, cause like... this is not supposed to be happening, three screen fails when they have already changed out the entire screen twice? That is not okay.

I am just so tired of everything technological. I usually have semi-bad luck with technology but this computer takes the cake of that would only happen to me.

Omo, you're not unlucky, it happens with electronics. My phone battery expended its volume like a mushroom. At the service they told me they are not made to last long so what can I say.
