How Character Became A Trainee: Her cousin was going to audition in Star Hitz LIGHTS Ent., she asked Ha Neul to accompany her in the audition.

While she’s helping her cousin practice for her audition, one of the employees thought she’s the one who will audition so the employee dragged her to the audition room and they started to let Ha Neul perform. She was so afraid so she just followed what the judges told her to do but in the end Haneul told them that they made a mistake that she is Lee Ha Neul and not her cousin but the judges were really impressed and wanted her to be in Star Hitz LIGHTS Ent. At first she wants to reject their offer but her cousin told her that it's a really great opportunity, she doesn’t want to let her cousin down so she accepted it without her parents consent. When her parents found out about her ‘accidental’ audition at first they were against it but in the end they allowed her because Ha Neul's brother Dongrin helped her convince their parents.

How Long Been Training For: 2 years

Trainee Experiences: As soon as she became a trainee in Star Hitz LIGHTS Ent. she appeared in various MVs(infinite paradise mv, beast beautiful & i like you the best mv etc) and CFs(clean & clear, etude house, converse etc). She also became a back up dancer for some of the artists in their company. She also helped the other trainees who are still not fluent in Korean.

History: Ha Neul was born in Los Angeles, California and she also grew up there. Her dad is a doctor and strict father while her mom is a Chef and a loving mother. She has 3 brothers who are very protective of her. When Ha Neul was 15 years old they decided to go back to Korea. Even when they were in America they have a rule that when you're in the house you should speak Korean and they still do the Korean practices and customs. Their mom is the one who taught Ha Neul how to cook. Her grandfather from her father's side is a businessman.

He gets jealous easily especially to woohyun 'coz he thinks woohyun also likes Ha Neul.

Friends: Infinite's Sungjong. They met through Ha Neul's cousin(the one who she accompanied for the audition) who is Sungjong's friend and since then they started to hang out a lot.

SNSD's Tiffany. They already met in California when they were in the same Taekwondo class but they got close through Sunny.

A Pink's Bomi. Both of their mom's are bestfriends before Ha Neul's mom went to America. Bomi was Ha Neul's first friend when their family went back to Korea.
