the personality 

Personality : Adela is a bit like a rubic cube. Each layer, in how you solve the cube, is like her personality. The closer one becomes to her, the more she will open up. Soon one can see her entire person in its completion. It takes more then one try to become close to her, like it takes to solve a rubic cube. The more one is around her, talks with her, and just spends time with her the easier it will become to know her. Practice makes perfect, right? Let's start with her first layer, the base.

She is distant from the world at first. She would rather sit back and watch the people act around her before she encounters them. It gives her comfort to know something about the person she is about to talk to. From little information to knowing their life story, anything in that range is helpful. It really only gives her confindence to actually say something. If she knows nothing about the person and they just randomly come up and talk to her, she will be cold and distant. It is not to be rude, it is just her way of acting towards strangers. It's more to protect her, and that's also how she acts when panicked. She'll either: walk away from the person; only give short replies; start using her phone; or find someone else that she knows more than the stranger. Some people can actually talk to her, actually talk to her, when they first meet her. It really just takes time and non-aggressive attempts. If she thinks that the person can become her friend, she'll also put in effort into the relationship --as in friendship--. She is aware that life is a two way street, there is no one way. It's also like a rubic cube, to actually solve it the cube needs to move.

Having the general interest to know the person is like solving the first layer/ base of the rubic cube. Next is the second layer. This is where she will create boundaries and bonds. Testing them as well, of course the other person will do the same. Skinship normally started to develop here. She will open herself a bit up, and show that she is actually the polar opposite from being cold. She is a very dorky and nerdy person. The type of dorky and nerdy that everyone loves, in other terms she is more of an adorable goof. Even with this part of her showing, she will still be distant and shy. She will not share any information that is too personal, or might change their views about her. They might hang out once in awhile, but mainly will just talk when they see each other. If more effort is put into the relationship by both, then it moves to the top.

At the top, she is no longer distant. She will fully become the dorky, goofy, nerdy, adorable person that she really is. She will smile brightly and be hyper and out going. Nothing is impossible when someone close to her is there supporting her. At this stage, she started to become much more open. Telling that person, or people, about her life. They will all share secrets and become closer together. Trust comes in this stage, and much of it. She will do some bold things, nothing too bold, but bolder then what a shy person would do. This stage she will normally sleep --not ually- and nap with the person/people.  They will do fun little things together, like shop and cook, but nothing major. She doesn't consider a person to be like a sibling until they know her completely.

Solving the last layer and seeing her true colors. All of her secrets are laid out on the table, there is no hiding now. She is completely unprotected with the people she is like siblings with. What they do with all of this is up to them. She tries her best to make sure that the people will not just stab her in the back. People do change over time, and she never does truly know if someone will be tray her or not. Each time someone does, the cub can become easier or harder to solve. It depends on if she is in a positive mind set or a negative mind set. 

Background : Adela's parents divorced when she was around five years old. They did once love each other, but that love was starting to fade. During one of their arguements, it became too loud. They started to yell and spit venom, this made Adela cry that night. Both of her parents loved her, and thought their marriage over. They agreed that it wasn't fair for Adela to be around so much yelling and negative energy, it wasn't healthy for her. They filed for divorce the next week, and within a month were divorced. It was mutual, so it was a quick and fairly painless process. They explained it to Adela the best they could, and promised that they both loved her. They were pleasant around each other, acting like friends, and Adela was able to see them every other week. One week with her mom, one week with her dad, and they repeated that pattern. Life was great, the divorce did not effet Adela. They would even have little family day trips together.

Things changed over the course of four years. It took time for both of her parents to heal from the divorce. It only took her mother a year, she was a fast healer, and to start dating again. Her father was worried about these new boyfriends. He didn't want his daughter to be pushed away by some man, or worst abused by him. The two talked, and the mother assured the father that Adela was treated with love by her boyfriends. The first two did treat Adela really well, after that, they started to get worse. One day, she came to her father's with a bruise on her cheek and wrists. He quickly took her to the hospital, having her completely checked over. She just had the bruises, nothing else happened to her. Her father was still furious, but thankful that his daughter was safe.

He called her mother, telling her the news. Her mother did not believe that her boyfriend could do such a thing. She also said that he was trying to steal Adela way from her, this was all some kind of trick. She was completely blind to what actually happened. They went to court again, it was still for Adela's benifit. Her father won full cousity when the hand marks were matched to her mother;s boyfriend. The two are still together today. London was filled with memories of Adela and her mother, it was too much for the nine year old to handle. She had been hit before, and still wanted her mother. Her father got a call of a new job opprotunity, he would be on his way to the high ranks of a company. This is exactly what he needed to help himself and Adela. He accepted the job offer and they moved to Seoul, right in the middle of downtown.

It was hard for Adela to move from England to South Korea. Her father is full blooded Korean, bit rare, so he had taught her how to speak Korean. It wasn't the language that was the problem, it was the culture. Everywhere in the world is similarly the same, but there are some differences that separate them. To help with the move, he put her into singing and dance classes. He knew she had a passion for both, really just the arts. And it worked, she was actually excelling.

She started to get with the rebels and such of her middle and high school. She wasn't doing anything really illegal. Her habit of smoking started when she was fourteen. Drinking came too, but she liked remembering what happened last night. So drinking is not high on her list. She is not some annoying girl that will scream about how much she needs a ing cigarette, she just smokes often. Maybe once a twice a week to every other week. She doesn't smell like cigarette smoke, and her teeth are nice and white. Just because she smokes doesn't mean her life revolves around it.

Family Background : 

Le Dong-Hyun, father, was part of the South Korean army from when he was 23 to 27. He joined right after he attended a business college. It taught him valuable skills that he always uses in life. After, he was hired by a company that was based in England. It was a clothing company. They needed him to help with the finances. He did just a good job that he started to climb up to higher positions. He met Emilie, Adela's mother, at one of the company parties. She was with another company. With youth, love sparked. She was younger then him by four years. Soon they married and then came Adela. After the divorce and seeing his only daughter being abused, he was able to get his daughter safely to South Korea. There he went to a different company and started high in the branches. He met Adela's step mother there, Hye-Su, during a company dinner. She is five years younger then he was. She had two older sons with her. They treated Adela like their younger sister, and Hye-Su treated Adela like a daughter. They all blended together and became a family.

Emilie Smith was born into a rich family, so life came easy to her. She went to private schools and messed around as well. Her family's wealth kept her free of any charges. She was then, one day, beaten up by some thugs. This taught her that you needed to be smart, money did not fix and prevent everything. Her personality changed for the better, and she started to care for others. She wanted to become a nurse, but her parents made her work for the company.  She fell in love with Lee Dong-Hyun. They soon married and had a beautiful daughter together. Their love faded and they divorced because they loved their daughter. She started to love her boyfriends a bit more then her daughter. Sure they might hit Adela once in awhile, but she was never badly hurt. Soon Adela was taken away, and she just kept living with her boyfriend and now husband. She had three more kids that Adela will never meet.

Hye-Su has not had the most pleasant life. She was born into a middle class family, they had some struggles and luxuries. During her high school years she explorded her options. She met one man that she fell head over heels for. The man seemed to have done the same. She did graduate high school, and was in college. After doing the baby makin' business, she became pregnant with her first son. Well her first two sons, they are twins. The man took responsibility and helped her raise the twins. It actually went over pretty well, until her senior year and thrid child. The man was cheating on her, and coming home drunk. Before the drunk could hurt her or her children, she was able to get him arrested. She was 22 with three kids. Because she had them at such a young age, all three are several years older then Adela. She graduated and struggled. All of her kids had food, clothing, water, toys, and also a roof other their heads. Years later, she was able to work for the same company Dong-Hyun worked for. They met at a company dinner and started to talk. They found out they both were single parents with children. After two years, they got married and had a complete family. She now works from home and watches over the kids. They have had two more kids since the marriage. 

Parents :

Lee Dong-Hyun- High up in a large clothign company; 53 years old; Very serious man that has a warm heart. He is not afraid to have fun and be a bit goofy. Is incredibly protective of his children and wonderful wife. Even his step children, they are all still his children. He believes in honor and pride, that you should not do anything you would be shameful of. If you cannot proudly say it, then don't do it.

Emilie Smith- high up in her parent's company; 49; a loving person that will give all her love to a selected few. She will go from person to person. She tends to look over the other shoulder if someone she loves does something wrong. Very fun girl, and tends to be a bit too happy and smily.

Lee Hye-Su- does graphic design jobs from home and what her husbands needs her to do; 48; Is a very goofy and sometimes y lady. She is a born mother, and has the soft voice of one. She loves babies and being pregnant was some of her best months of her life. Yes, even with the morning sickness and what came afterwards. She is a strong parental figure, like her husband, and sets down firm rules. Plays with her kids and lets them follow their passions.

Lee Shin Ho- 28 years old and a twin with Lee Kyu Bok. Shin Ho is a martliartist that adores to compete in fighting tourements. He owns and teaches at his own dojo in street self defense. Already did his time in the military, he actually did three years. He teaches everyone from age three up. Is dating a woman named Eun Ki, they have a baby coming.

Lee Kyu Bok- 28 years old and a twin with Lee Shin Ho. Kyu Bok is a writer and has several well known books published. He also makes dramas and movies, so he is close to the actors. He served his military time with his brother, from there he then graduated college and published three books within the year. He is currently dating Cho Jung Won, he might try and marry her.

Lee Jung Su- 26 years old and younger brother to the twins. All thre of them did their time in the military at the same time., He is following their father's, step father, footsteps. He is currently working in their father's shadow, but is training to one day take over his position. Their father is proud ot have one of his sons take over his position in a few years.

Why breakup? : Hye Su knew of people like Tyler, and knew what he wanted. She warned Adela, who did no listen. Her friends also warned her, she still didn't listen. Every warning that Hye Su said started to happen. When she was half and pinned to a bed, she realized this wasn't what she wanted. It was too rough and unloving. Because of that, Tyler left her for someone else. So their relationship ended because Adela kept her legs closed.

the discovery/career

How were you discovered? : Adela was able to be trained by professinal trainers when she was young. One day, they wanted her to enter in a tourament for singing and dancing. She was encouraged by her father, and entered it. She didn't win, but explayed potentional. A scout from SM was there and took note to this. She was later scouted and trained.
